Where to begin....... First off i wanna say that this business is a horrible one. Yeah they cut keys, but let me tell you there are 2 individuals who don't know the proper morales and values of customer service. They lack integrity , patience, and understanding. I call the number on google they have listed, and one of the guys instructed me to go to them in Oxnard to where he lives. After the fact they advertise MOBILE SERVICES. Then i get there and they say yeah we are mobile for 90$. So then from the minute i get there this guy has an attitude already like he doesn't even wanna help me. I Also brought my dad, because he wanted to get his key cut and purchase a remote as well. So at the same i'm bringing this guy more business he gets impatient with attitude. Im thinking how hard can it be to cut keys man seriously. Anyway we continue he then gets in my vehicle and starts recording without purpose without my consent. All of a sudden he wants to argue with me about my key saying "i don't wanna cut your key because its worn out already". My original key was fine i just wanted an extra key. This went on for about 20 minutes till he decided to cut my key. He then asked me to pay him first for the service in a very rude offensive way. When you have a service done on your vehicle you pay when its done everybody knows that. He than wanted to argue about that for 10-15 minutes. So he finally cuts it comes back and says "here its for free for the troubles were cool" he say's. So i'm thinking okay were coo now he can cut my dads key and make his remotes, But instead he walks to his truck slams the door and goes back into his apartment. So i'm thinking is he coming back out or what i'm confused. We patiently wait until he comes back out and he does but this as a whole different person entirely. He states things like "i don't want to serve people like you , i don't give a f*** about my customers , You ask to many questions ,. The list goes on of all kinds of things Niv said. I have used this locksmith 4 times and it has been the same gentleman every time he hasn't let me down he shows up when he says he will be there, in fact, he arrives early I own and operate an auto repair shop and I have used a few different locksmiths over the years some good some bad but from the 1st job EZ Car Keyz did for me I was very impressed because I had 2 other locksmiths both failed at making and programming a BMW fob key that would work without having a spare key to work from and his cost is always lower than other locksmiths the price he quotes is the price you pay he has never charged me more than what he quoted the only problem I have EZ Car Keyz is I didn't meet him sooner I own my and operate an auto repair shop and I have a lot experience dealing with locksmiths and in my opinion, you won't find anyone that will have a lower price or be more knowledgable you can't go wrong with EZ CAR KEYZ sincerely, Dennis White. read more
