I was able to use the Yelp app to send Nathan pictures of the two locks and he determined right off that I needed a new front door lock kit and a repair to the gate lock. I found Nathan to be quick and reliable in setting up his visit to our house. Before he came to the house, he helped me find the exact replacement for the front door lock kit. I ordered it and had it here when he came to our house 2 days later to install. Nathan loved our two big dogs, which is a real plus. When finished, the front door opens and closes, locks and unlocks.
