They were hired to do a move out cleaning and did an absolutely horrible job. The toilets were not cleaned, the floors not mopped, blinds still dirty, cabinets were not wiped, the bathtub still moldy with their cleaning spray left on it. I was not at home at the time of the cleaning so couldn't inspect the work before I paid them - big mistake! I contacted the company multiple times and even sent pictures with zero response. She was very responsive until after the payment. Avoid this company at all costs! All of this that you are now mentioning after the fact was never communicated during the cleaning. All of this would have been fine had you just communicated with me. Your lack of responses to my messages was unprofessional, especially when I sent them multiple times. She then sends me the most strategically filmed video of the house, being sure to cut angles and leave big areas out of the video. SEEMED FISHY TO ME!! So I go to the property.... THERE WAS STILL PEE IN THE TOILETS!! Pet hair everywhere. There was dirt all over the base boards, floors, counters, corners. I dont know WTF she did. She then proceeds to harass me demanding to come "fix " the job. I refuse and "fixes" this was done intentionally hoping I wouldnt return to the property to see that nothing was DONE!
