The staff is exceptional, all are kind, considerate, and have terrific communication skills. I specifically appreciate prior to having my teeth cleaned the hygienist will numb my gums making the entire process much more enjoyable. I also very much enjoy the time that Dr. Pino spends with all of us just checking in on how we are doing as well as thoroughly inspecting our teeth, gums, tongue, glands etc...all of it! Though I speak English, an added bonus for those of you that speak Spanish, they do too!

They identified no issues, stating jaw was fine. They were in constant contact with receptionist. Receptionist then spent 15-20 min. trying to sell me a home sleep apnea test. I declined. Receptionist charged $150 to my credit card. Provide receipt (like cash register receipt). Upon returning home, I immediately called office to indicate I did not receive an itemized bill. Receptionist indicated "Oh, most of our customers don't want that". I indicated I did, please send. Upon receipt, I noted a $35 charge for a 'radiograph' not received. I contacted office immediately regarding this fraudulent billing. I requested a reimbursement check. I called the following week when check not received. Receptionist indicated the check would be sent "when they process checks". I called again 11/12/24 to report check still not received. Receptionist stated "Everything goes out after the first of the month". (It was well beyond USPS delivery time). As of 12/2/24, check still not received and we are now into the NEXT month! Obviously, this fraudulent billing was purely intentional; thus the reason for failure to provide itemized billing. Many/most customers may not notice if they do not call for itemized bill. Reimbursement for $35 fraudulent credit card charge IMMEDIATELY due!!! Customers/potential customers BEWARE of this dentist office!! ENSURE YOU REVIEW AN ITEMIZED BILL!!!

Long story short, I found this practice on Yelp. They had fabulous reviews. I called and got an appointment within two days (it was not an emergency). Dr. Christopher Stanosheck thoroughly evaluated my tooth and crown. Luckily, he was able to re-cemented it back in place! It was good I went in, because I had bacteria and debris that had worked its way under the crown and it was irritating my gum, etc. He was able to clean that out and probably saved me from getting an infection and having a much bigger problem. Dr. Stanosheck was very kind as well as knowledgeable, and his office staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I would recommend this practice to anyone without reservation.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the facilities are immaculate! The best part was watching a beautiful flat screen TV during my cleaning :) Mark was kind, welcoming and straight to the point which I love! I have already recommended several friends to use this dentist and will never be going anywhere else in Naples! I also had no issues with my insurance or billing unlike the last person. Previous to the appt., I sent them my x-rays from August, but of course, they needed to take more. He suggested I get it done before the end of the year, but he had no availability to extract the tooth. The x-rays and consult was $190. He recommended Dr. Moe, an oral surgeon to extract the tooth. They scheduled an appt. for me today and Dr. Moe's office called me yesterday. They said they will need to take x-rays, as the ones they received from Dr. Makram's office weren't good enough (seeing a theme here) and they might need to do a "360?" x-ray? Dr. Moe's office said they will need to charge me another $210 for a consultation and x-rays and I will have to come back for the extraction. I really question the integrity and ethics going on here of both offices. Every x-ray isn't good enough.
