We were moving here and thought it would be a good idea to start moving our medical and dental care before we moved over. I mention this because we selected another dental care agency and had made the initial visit. On the follow up visit (approx. 30 minutes before the appointment) they called to cancel. My wife and I were already here and would have wasted our day for nothing. Most importantly, she was in pain and needed to get things started with treatment. Lee Dental Care came to the rescue! We were lucky as they had an appointment for her that day and were able to start her treatment plan right away. Polite, professional, and compassionate would describe the whole team. The team of dentists, hygienists, and support/administrative staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly, they are excellent at what they do. Honest and upfront not only about the price of treatment but also what they are capable of and their limits. For my wife they referred a specialist which made us feel good to know they would not just "try it" if they were not sure they could accomplish the treatment successfully. I have had cleanings and a filling which were as comfortable as they can be. They were mindful of my comfort and checked in about any anxiety, and honestly there was none. I knew I was in good hands. When I arrived, I again said I was there for a dental cleaning only, No xrays and No exam. The receptionist said yes, barely speaking English. I then went into the back and they insisted I had to get xrays, I hesitantly said OK, Again, almost no English. Then they inspected my teeth which I did not ask for. Right after that, ok you can leave now. I replied no I am here for a dental cleaning. I talked to the manager and she said that is not how it works. I asked them to at least email me the xrays and the manager replied we don't have email, my manager will email them in 3 days. She then sarcastically said to the other receptionists, I guess he will be finding another dentist. I lost several hours of pay and also lost the dental benefit for the year, is was a disaster.
