I had been searching for a laundromat that takes credit card and came upon this one. I was hesitant to try it because of the two star rating. I'll be honest though it wasn't bad, I was able to get in, grab 3 washers and start my loads with no issues. They have a card based system. 2.00 for a new card and you can load it up to use. If you load it up with cash you get 2.00 free for every 20 you load. It was pretty clean for the amount of people that were here. My one and only major complaint is that there were a lot of machines that were out of order. Some repairs and maybe a facelift and I'm sure this place would get full stars more often read more

Super nice staff and very clean Laundry Mat also close to a grocery store which makes it perfect if you need to run extra errands. Just be sure to time yourself. Also free WIFi only downside no charging ports. So for those that do work while doing laundry is the only downfall. But is a nice laundry mat they also offer express service and delivery of your laundry. For those that don't have time can't complain,just don't forget to pick up,your laundry when is done read more

I have been using this location for 6 months. It's clean, bright and comfortable. It's conveniently located in the Stater Brother's Plaza on N. Santa Fe. Last week I spoke with the staff concerning an issue. I selected Hot water, but when I checked to see how hot the water was coming out it was cold. As it turns out, there was a repair person repairing one of the hot water heaters in the utility room. Without making an excuse the manager stated, "that I was not getting what I paid for". He looked up my usage using my card and added a credit of nearly $40 to my card for my past 2 visits. This was going above and beyond in customer service. I've only been here a couple times in the span of a few years and I've noticed they have been making lots of changes. The times I have been there I find friendly staff and clean facilities and machines. The staff tells me they're under new management and they occasionally work alongside management which wasn't the case before. They're really nice about refunding my washer when it didn't properly rinse. The attendant from Sunday morning shift was helpful. I don't come here often but she told me the laundry cards don't lose their value so even if I don't come for another while, the value is still on there. Anyway, it's a great spot to do your laundry because it's next to Stater Brothers and a really yummy pizza place. read more

This laundromat is always super clean. If I need any help the weekend attendant is bilingual and is really helpful. They're under new management. The prices are different but for new upgrades this is my go to. Some of these old reviews that have one star I wouldn't recommend them cause this place has changed so much, & for the better! I been using this place for quite enough time i used to like it , but I don't recommend it any more for many reasons.. one of the workers not allowing us to go get the clothes after 8 and she seems really pissed after i knocked on the door and forced her to open the door since the sign says it open till 9 and im just getting my clothes from the dryer, second they would grab and touch your clothes and put it in trash bag if they needed the dryer, just that simple for them and if something missing then you have to deal with it, the manager sent me a message that has totally incorrect information just so she won't admit what the worker doing , beside the night shift worker extremely rude and not helpful as much as the manager, and I clearly said i don't like someone touching my clothes this is silly it was less than 2 hours bcuz my sisters car broke down and im working so i couldn't pick it on time and the first time it happened with my sister and they accused it was one of the customers, too many lies to protect the bs they doing .. i wont go back there no matter what plus i will worn all my friends and family members to avoid using that place never ever read more

Came back cause the other place I use is getting renovated(something that won't happen here). Found my old card with a dollar and some change on it. Put in 4-$5 bills and the machine only added 20 dollars even though it says any combination of bills to get to $20 gets you the $2 add on bonus read more

They hella raised their prices especially in the dryers 55 cents per 6 minutes , do the math u spent $2.75 if u do 30 minutes and ur clothes are not even dry (and no I don't put a lot of clothes ) read more

Update: Time to find a new place. The washer hardly fill up any with water you have to add water to them for your clothes go get washed. Also I don't think the water gets hot at all. My laundry just isn't getting washed, the whites are never white even using bleach I don't know what the issue is other than the water not being hot and it not filling up enough with water as it is. Also the card machines that you load your laundry card on only take cash not credit cards. Half the machines are always out of order still. read more

somewhat clean, but only option to use the machines was card. you have to buy their card too. 2$ if you pay with credit/debit. oh, and don't bother asking for change. you can only add 1, 5, 10, 20$ on the card. figure your wash/dry carefully! i told one worker a machine reader wasn't working, her response was to blame my use of it, not to say she would check it out or thank you. Last week on Friday I went in to do my laundry as per usual... and there was the lady that was in charge of cleaning around there or whatever but she wasn't Malena (the lady that's usually there) this girl was new I think.. this new girl had a horrible attitude and terrible customer service ... I've never met someone so rude in my life.. she wanted everything her way and would give a nasty attitude and look to all customers if they didn't do what she said.. you would ask for something and she just gave this horrible attitude.. the owner should really consider talking to her and have her change her attitude I don't think she should be working in customer service if this is how she's going to act. read more

Came here September 23rd first off the washing machines don't work or at least not the one I was using. My detergent or fabric softener never dispensed and didn't actually clean my clothes. Then the dryer that I used didn't even dry my clothes. On top of that they have a machine that supposedly accept debit card but they don't. All in very terrible experience and I suggest the owners take care of these issues if they are going to be charging 6 dollars for the washer machines. read more

I like coming here because it's convenient and close to home. The attendant is always very friendly, however it feels like a third of their washers and drivers are always out of service and I noticed it Las year and still no repairs. It seams like even more have broken down since the last time I was here. It feels like it's always super busy because we are all fighting to get the same driers since that's what seams to be the bulk of what needs to be repaired. Filthy. I started coming here when they first opened years ago. They were clean, always wiping machines down and sweeping on the hour. They're becoming lazy, the lady behind the desk who is supposed to "clean" the place sits on her phone all day. There was a washing machine FILLED with dog hair. It was disgusting. Absolutely horrible. More than half of the dryers are ALWAYS DOWN. It's as if the owner doesn't care to repair the machines. I come here to wash rags for work and what should be a 1hr job ends up being 1.5-22hrs of idling with wet laundry. Waiting for a dryer to open. read more

I only come here to use the oversized commercial washers a few times a year. I have noticed the oversized dryers are always out of order like other reviewers have said. Facility is clean and there are always plenty of washers. Not enough dryers and most of them are broken. Every week a different dryer is out of order and none have been fixed. I swear they are waiting until they are all broken before they do anything about it. Radio and t.v. usually ALWAYS in Spanish, as if no one else frequents the place. Best place to get your laundry done in this area of Vista. Ive washed a couple of times down the street and it's cheaper but not worth it. Ive had my stuff stolen twice from the other location. This laundromat is super clean. Out of order washers n dryers are labeled out of order. You would think thats a give in but apparently not all laundromats do that. There's always someone here who is constantly cleaning and helping customers and I appreciate that big time. Again alot of nearby locations have no one around, so anyone can walk in n hang around. I can't tell you how many pervs and drunks hang out at the other ones. The only thing is it can get a lil pricey. I come to wash my sofa covers and cushions and the big washers run 6$ a load. They're worth it in a sense because i only have to do it once in a great while, and because theyre huge and i can fit in all my stuff with plenty of room left over. Another good /bad thing is they only take their own cards. Good for people like me who never carry cash much less change but bad because you have to pay 1$ for each one, add a minimum of $ because you have to add in increments only. Everytime I come here i have to buy a new card because i lose or misplace old ones with balances still on them. I know thats my own fault but really who keeps these in their wallets along with all your other bank and credit cards. Other than that its worth it if you want to avoid getting your laundry stolen and sit on their chairs without the fear of catching an std. Again its kept very clean and smells like it too. read more

Love this laundry place. clean, spacious, and friendly staff. The machines are new and my clothes come out clean. No homeless people hanging around and theres enough space for folding clothes. Its very modern technology with no coin machines. Use your card to add money or use a credit card to add money to your laundry card. Could have given it a 5 but the only thing is that the TV is always in Spanish. what about the rest of Americans who dont understand spanish and would like to watch the news in English instead of soap operas in spanish? other than that everything else in great! I have been coming to this place for 2 years and I will never come here ever again. A couple of weeks ago I used the bathroom and the lady thought I was taking too long so she starts banging on the door. I explain that I am taking a dump but still she is harassing me and saying someone needs to use the batnroom. Like harrassing someone wohld make them poop faster. Anyways when I finally come out there was no lone and no one rushed to use the bathroom. The two weeks later I return because had a remaining balance left on my card and I didnt hold a grudge. As I walk in the lady who works there is shooting me the dirtiest look. So I say "hi" because I didnt understand why she would treat me that way. Then after I loaded my clothes I asked to use the bathroom because I had to pee. So she says to me "just dont take too long". I decided after that load was dry I was going to cash out my card and never return to do my laundry there because that type of service is uncalled for especially since I had never had a problem with them until then. For two years I have been coming here. So I ask to cash out and the lady obviously didnt want coming there so she grabs her clipboard and decides to try amd scam me out of my money. Instead finding out of I just wanted to switch cards because I had been using the same one for 2 years. So she asks if I had used to bonus cash promotion that they offer and I said yes. So then she looks at how many times I had used the promotion and deduct that from my remaining balance. Logically that means $2 would have been deducted from my balance. Instead, since I had used the bonus cash multiple times in her scammy logic all the remaining balance was bonus cash. I explained to her that it would only make sense for $2 to be considered bonus cash since I had had reloaded my card at different times. But nope shes says all of it is bonus cash. So going by her logic any money that I had reloaded on my card would have been considered bonus cash since I have been going there for two years and have probably used that promotion enough times to cover any money I would load in the future as bonus cash.
