We have been using Soapbox Laundrey now for about 2 years. They do a nice job of cleaning our students bed sheets and blankets, They also clean our students plush toys, and cleaning cloths. They bag everything nicely and in accordance with what classroom the items belong to. Delivery is on time, and friendly, they are flexible if time or dates for drop off/pick ups need to be changed. The prices are reasonable, and having them do our laundrey has allowed my teachers to spend more time with their students, and have more time to get their work done. read more

I've been doing my laundry here for the past year, instead of at my apartment complex' laundry room. There are 5 machine sizes depending on your needs- I use the slightly bigger ones and they are fairly priced and maintained well. They also accept Apple Pay which is great so you don't need to bring any change. The dryers work great too - hot and quiet and priced well. Our washer can't handle the weight of our down comforter so I searched for a local laundromat to wash it at and came across Soapbox. I was thrilled that they do pick up and delivery and scheduled an order right away. I now do this on a regular basis and every time, it comes back looking brand new. After my dog got sick twice in one day on it, I was sure our comforter was a goner. I scheduled a delivery and hoped for the best. Not only did they get the stains out but, there was no trace of sick on it whatsoever and it was just as white and bright as when I bought it 10 years ago! Was trying to do some laundry here earlier, but I only had a $20 bill on me. That presented two challenges 1. The coin changer only takes denominations up to $10 2. I only had a very small load of laundry to wash, I wasn't trying to get that many quarters anyway. I politely tried to explain my predicament to the attendant, a middle aged Asian gentleman, only to be cut off mid-sentence and very rudely shut down with a response of "oh no no no no no" and he then shooed me out of the laundromat. Baffling way to run a business if you ask me. I ended up taking my laundry to the coin op in the target plaza on college instead. Relatively clean. Had some larger sized washers and dryers. I feel their largest dryers could accommodate both my queen and king Korean mink comforters but to save time with drying l placed them in separate ones to dry. But if l needed to, l could have definitely fit two huge thick comforters in it. That amazed me. Takes coins or credit cards, which is helpful. I had a bit of trouble figuring out the machines with using a credit card but it only took me a few moments to get the machines to work. Would l come back? Yeah, l would. read more

Place looks like it has gotten recent "upgrades" with credit card readers including contactless cards. My big issue was when I found a washer numbered 6 had it's fabric softener receptacle that did not work. I bring it up to an employee and show it to him. He played dumb like he only spoke Spanish. No problem, I can talk to him in Spanish. He then continues to give some long story excuses to justify it. All I am really asking is for it to be fixed. I've seen this before where they write OUT OF ORDER on the tape but here it's a small take kinda looks like someone was doing a project and just started putting tape every where. It's a wonderful place but I got to say before there were tons of available machines that were working and a few ( 1 or 3 ) not working. Now it seems the entire laundry machines aren't working! From the dryers to the washer every other machines is out of order! For the customers STOP over putting detergent & leaving trash in the machine which clogs the pipes & also clean after yourselves!! This would probably help illuminate the problem of OUT OF ORDER!!! read more
