One time my brows came out just ok, another time they came out perfect, and the last time she accidentally took off hair in the middle of one brow so I had some crazy half brow thing going on! There was no sorry, no let me refund your money... I had to fill in my eyebrow with black pencil for about two weeks until it grew back in normal!! No, just no. The first couple of times that I came here they would leave my eyebrows in a really nice shape just removing the excess hairs, but recently they have over plucked my eyebrows leaving a really thin brow. My brows use to be thick probably the same as my finger and now they're supper thin like the draw on ones. I pluck them myself now so if you like thin brows go for it they still leave them nice, but if you like thick brows or have thick brows maybe it's better not risking it. read more

I have been coming here for a while now, Sonja is an excellent at what she does! Simply magnificent. I'm a quadriplegic and am in a electric wheelchair.Sonja and others always make me feel so welcome and are always very accommodating and have never had a problem being in there even with a full room of customers. I can't move my fingers due to my accident and always have my care giver with me so my eyebrows need to held when you get to the part of threading your eyebrows, well a couple of times a came alone and Sonia was so nice to have one the employees hold them down for me. I used to get my eyebrows waxed every week and my eyebrows would be getting thinner. I think it's because threading is way sufficient than getting waxed because sometimes they can over-wax your brows and rip unneeded hair. then they have to go back and pluck again which is taking more off. So if you're looking for flawless eyebrows, Go to EZ Eybrow, And meet Sonia. She also a bunch of threading procedures and also sell a bunch of jewelry and items related to the Indian culture. I come here all the time to get my eyebrows done and do Hena on my hands for special occasions the owner is really nice and so is the girl working there name Masooda. She does the best Hena designs and it's all her work. Unlike another reviewer said said that it was from Instagram no it's not. And the price worth every penny. Hena is very detailed work and needs focus and its so off course it's worth the money and I think they should charge more because I use to get it done somewhere else it was more expensive. This is my go-to place for my eyebrows. I never make an appointment, but am out of there with exquisitely threaded eyebrows in under 20 minutes every time. I am inept at doing them myself -- so I find myself here every month or so. They don't pressure you into conversation, they are always kind, and I have never been unhappy with how they shape my eyebrows. In my book, you can't get anything better for $10! I have never seen them completely empty either, which is impressive for a hole-in-the-wall location of Todos Santos. read more

She didn't raise the price yet since I started going here way back in 2013. She recently moved to a new location in sutter plaza which is great because there's plenty of parking so it's more convenient. She also started doing facial now. Love Sonia!! She takes her time to do my eyebrows and never rushes even when she has a long line of customers waiting. She is precise with threading technique and what I really like is that she listens to you carefully and tries to get your eyebrows in shape just the way you ask. If you have previously messed up shape or anything then you just have to keep coming to her and allow her some visits before she can help you bring them back to great shape!! Everytime I go to someone else if I'm too lazy to drive to concord for my eyebrows, they mess up and then I regret not going to Sonia so I've made up my mind that she will be the only one to do my eyebrows and upper lips. I have a pet peeve with getting my eyebrows threaded and the threader does little to dust off the eyebrow hairs off of my eye, face, mouth. I came here for the first time with high hopes with all of the good reviews and was disappointed. The final job was ok, with spare hairs left for sure that I had to take care of at home. And of course hairs all over my face that made my eyes itch until I busted out my mirror to clean them off. I also noticed that she did NOT use hand sanitizer after touching my tip money and calling up the next customer. I wonder if she used hand sanitizer before she touched my face. Gross. read more

I am so disappointed in this place....I never had threading done before and thought I would give it a try.....needless to say I should have just had some patience and went to my regular waxing place. I discovered that not only were my eyebrows uneven, she made them SUPER thin which is not how I like my eyebrows at all. I am not talking thin....super thin....hated it. What could I do but grow them back. Then this is the worse part.....she took off a big chunk of my eyebrow down the middle so my eyebrow beginning does not line up with the edge of my eye. It looks horrible. I normally get my eyebrows tinted and now I can't because they are so uneven and it looks really noticeable. Still after 2 months no growth to that part of my brow. I refuse to even it on the other side because it just looks plain funny. I would give no stars but have to give at least one. Very disappointing after seeing other people had such great luck. DO NOT GO HERE. Oh and they say threading lasts longer. BS...it's the same as waxing. ANd my opinion waxing is less painful as well as more control. read more

I always pass this place on my way home from work, during work when I take my clients to Half Priced Books, and whenever I go to Na'an and Curry which is a good five times a month. I had never experienced threading though so I always passed it up. I finally went to this other place on Grant st. For my first threading and the first time they looked great. Second time she made them way too thin so I'm never going back. Remembered this place and went in to fix my caterpillars. I don't know if it's spelled correctly but Sonja was wonderful. Friendly, made small talk that wasn't awkward and asked my name which made me feel welcomed. I explained the last lady fucked them up and she did what she could to fix them. I had to let some hair grow back but I just went in again and they are so perfect. Greatest shape and width I've had in a long time. LOVE. read more

Found this place a little over a year ago. Great, great, great. This lady has a talent. I have blond hair, and clear/blond on my face. She does my chin and lip ( and parts of my neck, eeek ) almost biweekly. Waxing couldn't get these hairs, tweezing gave me ingrowns.
