DO NOT COME HERE!! I rarely write reviews, but I'm so disappointed with both the service I received and how the situation was handled that I feel obligated to warn others. I originally came in April for a lash lift. Immediately after the service, the lash artist told me it hadn't worked and said they would reschedule me for a redo in six weeks. I paid for the service and left a tip. I returned on 6/10 for the redo appointment, which I was told would be with a "Master Artist" (why they don't all meet that standard is beyond me). After the appointment, my lashes were severely overprocessed. They were painful, uncomfortable, and looked damaged. I reached out because I initially planned to let The Lash Lounge correct the issue. However, after calling several other lash studios for advice, I was surprised to hear similar stories from people who had experienced problems here and needed corrective work elsewhere. At that point, I informed The Lash Lounge that I no longer felt comfortable having them perform another correction and requested a refund so I could have my lashes fixed by a different studio. I was told refunds are against company policy and that they only offer complimentary corrective appointments. The problem is that this appointment was already the complimentary corrective appointment for a service that failed the first time. I no longer trust this business to work on my lashes. You do end up paying a bit more for a Master Stylist. The Lash Lounge has an array of lash options from Classic Eyelash Extension Set to Hybrid and even Mega Volume sets. I've tried all these looks and I must say my favorite is their Hybrid Set. It's a mix of Volume Lashes and Classic Lashes. Your technician will give you options on lash looks such as a "cats eye." I explained that to the technician and asked if I would see similar results to extensions, but I never really got a clear answer. The whole appointment felt very uncomfortable. She barely spoke during the service, so I kept asking a million questions because I genuinely wanted to understand what was being done and what to expect. Disappointing & feels scammy (admin/process, not stylists) I've been here 3 or 4 times. The stylists were fine--my issue is the administration, which feels borderline scammy. They quietly charged $75 a couple days before the appointment with no system email/text receipt or notification--only a phone mention. Then they've called last-minute to reschedule (about an hour before), and again no written confirmation, no updated reminders, nothing. After they rescheduled my last appointment, I had a work emergency and couldn't make it. Ten minutes after the appointment time, they called to just ask why I was a no-show, and then they just charged me the full service amount anyway--zero grace. It honestly feels like they want you to miss so they can charge you. They also push subscriptions/reviews nonstop, and now I'm getting weekly "we miss you" emails. Never again. There are plenty of better lash places nearby that communicate clearly and don't play billing games. read more

The services provided are fine however the owner/management are very poor. Almost every appointment I made they tried to reschedule for another time frame. When my husband got ill & I wasn't able to use my credits they said "sorry we are a franchise so we'll keep the money you paid upfront for services not performed". Lesson learned but you would think they would have some compassion for a customer that was visiting repeatedly for 2 + years. When an illness happens within your family, getting your lashes done is not a priority - but keeping your $600 certainly is a priority to the owner.
