I called EZ Plumbing based on their already positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Everyone from the office dispatcher to our plumber Todd was amazingly kind and helpful. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.

They seemed very nice and professional, working in the cold rain. It was finally determined that we had a broken pipe. They offered to come back the next day to run a camera though they said they had a camera on the truck. Our schedule wasn't open for the next day, so they said they would come back Monday after 9am. I waited all day, but they never showed. My husband called Tuesday and was told we weren't on the schedule, but they would come the next day. The next day, my husband received a text saying the camera was broken but they would call when it was fixed. They never called. My husband called several times, leaving several messages, but we have yet to hear back. So we will pay another company to fix our broken pipe. They obviously don't want our business. The only reason I gave them 1 star was because the initial workers seemed on the up and up, but I will definitely recommend calling someone else if anyonE asks

When I called, I was astounded that the owner was mocking me like a third grader. Then they finally sent a technician who wasn't here 5 minutes before inexplicably blowing up and storming off. At that point, I wasn't even being a Karen of any sort since I believed they would fix it. Also, when they sold me the system, I was told that the attic hoard left by the previous owner would need be removed but they had a team for that and he'd have to check with his boss but it was mostly likely included in my quote. It took their crew about 20 minutes to empty the attic (on my lawn!) and then they tried to send me a separate bill for $800 for the 20 minutes of labor.I am a senior on a limited income and would never have agreed to nor contracted this since I am not in a place to pay for unskilled labor at that high of a rate. I went all summer with no AC even though I had already paid for this system. I had to get Alabama Power involved since they financed it. The other owner finally came out and shook his head at the shit install and promised to make it right. Never heard from him again. I cant even use the system and employ fans and space heaters instead. The ductwork leaks into my kitchen ceiling, and the system shorts out. My excellent credit rating be damned, but I never paid. penny on it because it isn't working. Last I heard, it was going through the attorney general. Absolute rip off and they refuse to stand behind their contract at all, and worst of all, the owner has the temper of a toddler.
