The bed & sheet are clean, tidy and smell fresh. My masseuse named Sophia and she was very good getting rid of the knots on my back and was a true, skilled professional. She started slow and careful, and then deep and hard to my sore muscles - the way I like it. I surely will be back whenever visiting Fishkill area again. First of all I had made a reservation a day ahead and expressly stated that I wanted to schedule a couples massage. We got there a few minutes early to get ready and they asked to pay ahead of time. I refused and told them I normally pay after the service. Also they don't speak any English at all and had to use our phone to communicate. The worst part is that the room was ice cold. I complained and they brought in little plug in heaters. The room didn't warm up completely even by the time we were done. In order to plug in the heaters, they unplugged the thing that warms the oil. So now the massage oil is also cold. We should've walked out...But we didn't. The ceiling tiles are falling down and the towels are dirty. The bathroom is gross. I had to ask for new towels and they were short to boot. I am only 5'4" and it was NOT long enough to cover my torso to my feet so they were freezing. No towel rolled up under the ankles to support the feet and they didn't even massage my arms nor head AT ALL! The massage was terrible. They just did the same "rubbing" motion throughout. Weak like they don't care. I miss the older lady that was there. She was fantastic. I think there must be new owners. Stay away. Stay away!

The walls are all make shift and doors are retractable sliders. They give you a towel to cover up. There's nothing fancy about this place but that massages are great for the price. My usual is a deep tissue massage for 60 mins =$50 If you pay credit just make sure you're putting in the tip. Some like to skip the suggested 15,18,20% screen and have you do custom. Make sure they also don't go back and hit the 20% button because they felt you tipped too little lol.

When I came out, she was standing there expecting payment right away. I said we could go to the front to pay, but there was pressure in the moment to handle everything immediately. She insisted on cash for a tip after I already paid the service fee, which I wasn't prepared for.
