I have been coming here for years!!!!! I was so disappointed today that we will not return. I don't lightly hand out 1-star reviews but I've come here with various people and by myself many times as well as recommended it to others and I feel like I have to warn people! First of all I had made a reservation a day ahead and expressly stated that I wanted to schedule a couples massage. We got there a few minutes early to get ready and they asked to pay ahead of time. I refused and told them I normally pay after the service. Also they don't speak any English at all and had to use our phone to communicate. The worst part is that the room was ice cold. I complained and they brought in little plug in heaters. The room didn't warm up completely even by the time we were done. In order to plug in the heaters, they unplugged the thing that warms the oil. So now the massage oil is also cold. We should've walked out...But we didn't. The ceiling tiles are falling down and the towels are dirty. The bathroom is gross. I had to ask for new towels and they were short to boot. I am only 5'4" and it was NOT long enough to cover my torso to my feet so they were freezing. No towel rolled up under the ankles to support the feet and they didn't even massage my arms nor head AT ALL! The massage was terrible. They just did the same "rubbing" motion throughout. Went in for a 2 person room, and the two ladies were having a conversation the whole time. At one point, the lady giving me a massage sat down on my table and worked on my right leg for the rest of the time. We paid for a full body massage, got a right leg massage and a yap session. read more

This was the strangest experience I have ever had at a massage establishment. Firstly my massage was interrupted several times, they PICKED UP the phone to talk DURING my massage, they did not ask for feedback during the service AND actually switched out "therapists" twice. I was left NAKED on the table ( had to pull up the towel several times to cover myself!) I was like is this REALLY happening? I just had to try this place. So happy I found this place for some TLC for myself and my mom!!! I was looking for a local and reasonably priced place for massage and found this online. I wasn't sure if they are open due to many Chinese owned places closed due to COVID, but luckily, they remained open! Walk-in welcome, No appointments needed. This is located in the ACME plaza in Pleasant Valley; They do massages and facial, if you are looking to do your nails, there's a nail spa literally next door. We came here for foot massage, but saw that they have a combo deal for 30 min foot+30 min body massage for only $45, decided to give it a try. The 2 ladies that were taken care of us speak limited English, fortunately for us, we speaks Chinese! The chairs for the foot massage is no joke! Nice & wide, can be inclined and lowered to your preference. You start with a foot soak, then they lower your chair, give you a clean towel to cover your face/ eyes, then the awesomeness begin! I really enjoyed my massage. The pressure is just right and the ladies were super friendly and chatty (yes, it totally helps that we speak the same language). However, I think you would still enjoy the massage without the chat! The 30 min body massage was done on the same chair, we didn't need to go to a separate room or get undressed. They did head, shoulder, and back massages in the last 30 min. We are totally hooked and plan on coming back for the full body massage! For those, they have separate rooms for privacy. They take and receive phone calls during the massage...the prices listed in the brochure at the front door and front desk are lower than the prices on the back wall of the salon ...They use the higher price . a bell goes off at half time to let them know your massage is half over. And just as the massage is over they offer to sell you more time.Price unknown. Then they want cash only . If you use a credit card they tack a fee for using it on the credit card bill . read more

If you can't get an appointment with a regular massage therapist and you're not in the mood to take off your clothes then this is a great place for a chair massage. Their hours are great and they're open every day. I went there for the first time today after work because I desperately needed someone else to rub out the knots in my neck and shoulders. Look, it's not a fancy place but more than good enough for the purpose it serves. So, okay, they use paper towels for my face as I lean into the chair but, wow, the way the therapist dug into those knots was exactly what I needed. I almost nodded off a couple of times because it felt relaxinng after the painful albeit felt so good deep tissue massage. Even though English is their 2nd language, I had no issues with communication. It was mostly gentle laughs and asking me "okay?" when I made sounds of both pain and, yeah, pure release. They're welcoming and nice, and I love supporting local businesses like this. And last, she ended the session (30 min but felt longer) with these chops and slaps which was a sweet reminder of my grandma and also those lovely Chinese ladies when I taught English in China so many decades ago. It's definitely worth a visit. I hope to try their feet reflexogy. Oh, the cost was $40 for the 30 min chair massage. They'd prefer cash; however, credit cards are accepted.
