EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Dr. Zeer is professional, confident, knowledgeable, and experienced. He does an EXCELLENT job explaining the use and care of new hearing devices. He carefully and thoughtfully explains the hearing devices - so that the user is fully educated in their management and upkeep. He made sure my devices were successfully paired with my phone. His receptionist was helpful, friendly and efficient. Truthfully, hearing aids are a necessary benefit to hearing loss - critical for living one's life as fully as one can.....but a pain in the butt. They're an entire new routine, a new responsiblity added to your regular routine. That said, Dr. Zeer makes the transition to hearing devices very easy and understandable.
