I was devastated as I had purchased these when I visited Greece three years ago and they are very special to me. I went to one jewelry store that was pretty well known and he could not fix it. I then went over to Rogers jewelry and I was greeted by Sage (sp?) He was very nice and helped me immediately. He put a work order in to fix my earrings. It was maybe a month later Sage called me and told me that the earrings were brought back to the store however, on transit the backing looked like it may just break again. He didn't want to give them back to me with a possibility of just breaking again. He asked if he could send it back to try one more time. I said absolutely whatever they could do to fix it. It was literally maybe a week later. I got a text saying they were ready to pick up and they were fixed. I was so happy I could cry. I was worried that they weren't gonna be able to fix them but they look great. They feel great. They're just as they were. I can't think them enough for taking care of my jewelry and being so kind. I will absolutely return if I ever have another piece of jewelry that breaks. The customer service was phenomenal and the value is unprecedented.

Secondly, I had 3 bracelets I purchased elsewhere for flower girls in my daughter's upcoming wedding. I feared they maybe a little small and asked if they could add loops to extend the length to ensure they would fit. To my surprise the jeweler found some chain rings and extended the size perfectly and didn't charge me! I couldn't be more impressed with the service and expertise of the staff. I gave her $10, and the amount owed was $7.50. She brought back my change and told me she was giving me $2.50, then placed the money in the slot. I noticed she said "$2.50," but I only saw $2 in bills and a few (dimes and nickels,) so I asked if she had any quarters. She said no, and I told her that was fine. I took my change and left. However, when I got to my car, I counted the change because something didn't feel right. I realized that she had only given me $2.40 instead of $2.50, leaving me 10 cents short. I walked back inside, and I saw her come to the window and place two nickels in the slot without saying a word. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. I walked back out to my car AND THEN noticed that my earring holder was missing from my jewelry box. I realized that when I originally pawned my earrings, I had given them the earring holder that contained my earrings. So, I went back inside ONCE AGAIN to ask if they still had my holder. This time, a man came to the window, and I asked if they still had my earring holder. He went to the back and asked the young woman about it. She became very loud with him and spoke as though I had accused her of something ABSOLUTELY heinous. I was surprised by her negative reaction, especially since I was simply asking about an item that belonged to me. The owner eventually came out. He was kind and professional, and I appreciate that he made an effort to rectify the situation. He gave me a new jewelry box, which I appreciated. That is why I am giving this business 2 stars (instead of 1). Lastly, 10 cents and a bad attitude may not seem like a big deal, but small situations like this can easily become a bigger issue in the future, especially when dealing with customers' money and personal belongings. I hope all employees receive the proper training and customer-service guidance to ensure situations like this do not happen again.

A simple conversation of my needs and off he went to service each watch one at a time. He also educated me on my 2nd watch I brought in which was a Japanese Seiko watch. I let him know that I was missing pins for the links that I needed put back on, after a quick look; he let me know that the links also needed tubes for the pins . So I asked my options or if purchasing a new SEIKO bracelet was a cheaper option. He let me know a new bracelet would run over $200 for the same style.
