I just had the best first experience at Rogers jewelry. Recently, my favorite pair of earrings broke, specifically the backing. I was devastated as I had purchased these when I visited Greece three years ago and they are very special to me. I went to one jewelry store that was pretty well known and he could not fix it. I then went over to Rogers jewelry and I was greeted by Sage (sp?) He was very nice and helped me immediately. He put a work order in to fix my earrings. It was maybe a month later Sage called me and told me that the earrings were brought back to the store however, on transit the backing looked like it may just break again. He didn't want to give them back to me with a possibility of just breaking again. He asked if he could send it back to try one more time. I said absolutely whatever they could do to fix it. It was literally maybe a week later. I got a text saying they were ready to pick up and they were fixed. I was so happy I could cry. I was worried that they weren't gonna be able to fix them but they look great. They feel great. They're just as they were. I can't think them enough for taking care of my jewelry and being so kind. I will absolutely return if I ever have another piece of jewelry that breaks. The customer service was phenomenal and the value is unprecedented. read more

Rogers Jewelry where customer service lives! Went into the Elk Grove store to inquire about resizing a ring. Anatoliy and Mike their jeweler spent a great deal of time discussing options for my ring and its design. Secondly, I had 3 bracelets I purchased elsewhere for flower girls in my daughter's upcoming wedding. I feared they maybe a little small and asked if they could add loops to extend the length to ensure they would fit. To my surprise the jeweler found some chain rings and extended the size perfectly and didn't charge me! I couldn't be more impressed with the service and expertise of the staff. I enjoyed the ring until 2010 when I brought in to upgrade and purchased a wedding band for my fiance. Unfortunately, the marriage did not last, so in 2020, I upgraded again to a diamond right-hand ring for my 50th birthday. I came into the store to get my watch battery replaced for my Tissot watch after calling ahead and getting a very reasonable quote from Claire. I happened to have my toddler with me at the time, and Claire offered me a bottled water and juice box for my kiddo while she did the battery replacement. There was a comfortable waiting area with markers, crayons, and coloring sheets to keep my kid occupied. After replacing the battery, I requested to have a different automatic movement watch examined and possibly serviced after being offered a free diagnosis. Overall, I was very impressed with Claire's service and hospitality and the graciousness of the services received as well as the thoughtful waiting area for customers with young children. The store manager even adjusted the chronograph hands on my Tissot after I had mentioned they weren't aligned properly. We have had our personalized jewelry needs met by Roger's for over 11 years now. We've always worked with Shane and he's been very helpful. Even when he's not available, the other employees are qualified and patient to show us and help us with whatever we need in the store. We've purchased watches, rings, earrings, necklaces. Tennis bracelets, serviced watches and repaired rings, and unique gifts all at Roger's throughout the years. Recently, we started embarking on revamping my wedding ring for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We now live in Southern California, but knew we only wanted to go through Shane for this process. Shane and David are being very helpful and thorough with the process. An upgraded diamond means more pave diamonds were needed in the halo, which means doing basically a re-build but using all of my original ring and wedding bands. It's exciting to be able to have the original piece preserved for sentimental reasons, while also having the option to make new design changes if I so desired. I'm mostly keeping everything the same besides the necessary changes, because I still absolutely love my engagement ring from Roger's after all these years. My mother-in-law has been through the ringer over the last year--she broke her back last September, had to sell her home of 50+years, and lost her husband on Mother's Day. I was very, very pleasantly surprised after talking to the Assistant Manager Saige for just 5 minutes. This young man showed me several diamonds in the size range I wanted. No pressure at all. Outstanding service!! I bent a prong on my engagement ring that was purchased elsewhere and I brought here for repair. I was quite surprised to find that they were able to fix my ring on the spot in just minutes. Not only was my ring repaired, it was also deep cleaned. On top of that, they offered to examine my wedding band and made an adjustment likely saving me a lost diamond in the future. I am so grateful for their customer service and their expertise. We visited this store yesterday to see if they could modify my wife's ring to fit more snugly on her finger. What was amazing is that they assisted us even though we didn't purchase the ring there. We were prepping our home for a backyard remodel which unfortunately included loving everything for the landscapers. In the urgent process of moving everything including carrying bricks to the side yard, I forgot to remove my weeding bands and my Grandfathers wedding band that I wear on my right hand. Well later that night I felt the rings and realized I had scratched them so bad after carrying the bricks. I had used a different jeweler in the past but wasn't impressed so searched around online. I called Roger's Jewelers in Elk Grove and Todd answered. Todd listened to me and my issue and said bring it in and they can look at the damage I did and to ask for Todd. I came in about 30 minutes later and asked for Todd and he immediately came over asked about the rings and asked about the original polish. He then took them back to see if it would be a quick fix, asked me about my regular maintenance and custom making of the rings. It was a pleasant conversation. He then brought back my rings spoke about lolking into maintence on my engagement ring as I am a bit rough on it and then said he wouldn't be taking any payment after polishing the scratches out! I couldn't thank him enough. This experience by far was the most rewarding and I feel my husband and I now have a jewelry company we feel comfortable to use going forward. i came here to get my ring resized, and the lady who helped me was super nice, so this review does not reflect her at all although i cant remember her name anyways. my partner bought me a beautiful opal ring, and since it was a one of a kind find i had to get it sized down. i wish i would've taken pictures of the ring before i took it in but i unfortunately did not. the lady who helped me when i went was so sweet and told me the ring needed to be sent to a place in folsom to be resized and it should take no longer than 4 days, which i had absolutely no problem with. after 4 days, they told me it needed another week, i was a bit annoyed since they wouldn't tell me why but wasn't complaining. when i received it back to me, the stone was scratched up, and it was a completely different ring. before i brought it in the stone was higher than the band it was on and the prongs were barely visible. now, the prongs completely swallow the ring. i'm honestly really disappointed and it makes me feel like they needed the extra time because they broke it or something. i wish i would've taken before pictures but again, really didn't think this would happen, and im really upset that it did considering this is my promise ring, and my partner paid quite a bit for it. read more
