Phil gave clear pricing to me on the charges and asked important questions about the hardware they selected -- informing me that some brands don't work with others. This was good information to pass along to my parents in case they needed to make any exchanges at the hardware store prior to his visit. I easily scheduled a next day, Saturday, appointment for them. It was easy to text Phil their address and contact information. On Saturday, Phil texted me and informed me that he was running a little ahead of schedule and could come about an hour or so early. My parents mentioned that he was respectful, courteous and a professional. I was told he wore his ID and explained all the work that he did. They said his work quality was excellent and that they we were happy with the results. Additionally, they said his pricing was fair. for three doors/knobs/re-keys.
