Phil gave clear pricing to me on the charges and asked important questions about the hardware they selected -- informing me that some brands don't work with others. This was good information to pass along to my parents in case they needed to make any exchanges at the hardware store prior to his visit. On Saturday, Phil texted me and informed me that he was running a little ahead of schedule and could come about an hour or so early.
