I constantly had to chase him. His billings were confusing, inaccurate, impossible to decipher and seriously questionable. His workmanship was mediocre at best. He misrepresented the number of people he had working for him and he brought unlicensed contractors into the job. In no way can I ever recommend Manny Pucha and/or Puchas carpentry.

I contacted Jaime to discuss re-siding our house (with cedar siding). He was helpful every step of the way, from selecting the most aesthetically-pleasing design, to selecting the best materials, to the installation itself, to the sealing of the wood once it was installed. The job was so well done that we then asked Jaime to help us redesign our deck-railing and outdoor-staircase-railing, too. Not only was all of the work Jaime and his team did extremely high-quality, but it was done on budget, and on time. Communication with Jaime was excellent at all times, and he was great to collaborate with. My vision of how things should look was definitely enhanced talking each project through and collaborating with Jaime.
