They said no problem. Well, as I was sitting, they were trying to help out this man who was quite rude and a little vulgar. He was rough and demanding in speech. I just wanted to note how all the employees came together to diffuse the situation professionally with this almost impossible man. Pinnacle Bank has THE WORST mobile app in the world. After spending over 30 minutes on the phone…read morewith their rep, during which time I was being told I was typing in my password wrong (was able to login on my laptop just fine), I was instructed to uninstall the app, power off my phone, reinstall the app, and then she would call me back. We did this, had to reset the password, and it finally let me into my business account. I then logged in on my laptop to update the password there, at which time the app booted me out and would again not let me in. So, we go through the uninstall/power down/reinstall process. I had to set up my app from scratch, re-enabling my fingerprint login and security questions. TWICE. Then, when I finally get into the account through the app, I was unable to take screenshots of the front and back of a check that I need to submit a report. Even though Doris told me that I should be able to take screenshots of the check, the error message was, "This app does not allow screenshots." So I was then told that the branch can make copies for me, which means I have to get in my car to go stand in another queue to get something I should be able to do mobile in the first place. Next time I see Sid Dinsdale at a GOP event, I'm giving him an earful.
