Installed new…read morehard drive and returned but then 45 days later screen fell off due to them using 3M tape instead of the correct adhesive (Joe admitted this). Then they had my Mac desk top for 2 additional months.and never repaired (ghosting and excuses for 2 months). I finally had enough of his ghosting and BS and had to pick up the computer still not in working order, but yet Joe blamed us for "rushing him". ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! Now I have an inoperable MAC with a new hard drive and have to take it into a real computer repair company. Buyer beware. Stay away!
