I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

I called the location to make sure they were still open, because according to google it was 5 minutes before close and well yes they were about to close. But the owner told me he will wait for me. This was a nice gesture of him waiting for me, I then went and got my paperwork notarize and he was able to put my paperwork in an envelope to ship out for the following day overnight. Prices were affordable and his service was phenomenal. He definitely had a lot of patience with me. I recommend this business.

I came with a set of strict instructions from the jeweler to maintain the insurance on my package. While this location was unable to accommodate since they didn't carry that exact boxes requested, Steve was super accommodating and pointed me in the direction of the location that would be able to assist. I appreciate the guidance, which saved me from aimlessly roaming Houston in search of this specific box. I've previously been a Fed Ex gal, but when I'm in the area I'll def give them my business!

Absolutely these associates had personality and no customer service skills, and rude to their customers just by their remarks---no please no thank you. Doesn't UPS have uniform shirts just like FedEx? I understand that it's hard to find qualified associates nowadays, but the owners should at least get a minimum customer service skills with interpersonal communication at its minimal capacity.

As I was explaining the details, the girl cuts me off and asks for the tracking number. (Lacks Professionalism) She said that the tracking number wasn't showing in her system. I inquired about other Pak & Ship locations within her vicinity. She said that there was one down the street. She gave me the number. The number was to FedEx and not to another PAK & Ship store. It is a very good thing that I do not live in Texas. A report would have been sent to the State Attorney General. From reviewing other complaints, it appears that this location lacks efficiently.

I think their pricing is a little on the higher end, considering they aren't Kinko's and it's like a mom and pops spot. They do not have a computer to login and print something if you wanted. You can't fax off yourself. So if you want anything like that done you have to email them your documents and then they will print and fax for you. Im not too crazy about that bc if you have sensitive information then this definitely won't work for you. However, they are convenient in a pinch and get the job done. Plus it's usually always quick, like under ten minutes so I'm all for it.
