I have gone back to the Shipping Store and I have experienced nothing but helpful employees recently. Each time has been pleasant and enjoyable with any employee here. I noticed that the owner , Kim, is available to help customers, when needed. I see a great improvement here in the helping attitude of employees and I do appreciate that! Willingness to help is so important to me when I enter any business, do I have been happily bringing my FEDEX to this convenient location. Go with the pony express. You'd be more pleased. What happened? I called ahead to confirm what documents were needed to open a mailbox. When I arrived, the clerk asked if I minded her helping the people behind me first. I did mind--but I stepped aside anyway. When it was finally my turn, I presented my documents. She dismissed my valid ID (out of state, we just moved, I had the usps forwarding official documents as one of the verification docs), despite my having four additional forms of identification. I asked the manager to come assist and speak with me directly. She refused. This was hands-down the worst service I've experienced: slow, dismissive, and unprofessional. They go above and beyond here. Everyone is so helpful. I needed to have documents notarized and got there about five minutes before closing. I realize my timing was bad, but they were wonderful about helping me, and even assisted with the FedEx which meant staying past closing. This Shipping Store can be convenient because you don't have to wait in long lines. They overall offer UPS, Fed Ex and USPS services I thought. Please call ahead to make sure the UPS store does do the service you need. I found out recently they all don't. I was actually quite surprised since it was an easy service that the Post Office does even by their machines. They have a notary usually always on premise, they have a copy machine for customers. They can wrap your presents securely for mailing also. Also a plus is the fact they have a rack of greeting cards and do sell boxes but at a premium price. Plus they have post office boxes at a premium price also. I was unable to do a copy project that would take 6 hours myself due to the sensitivity of the project and the store only having one copy machine for all clients. My latest visit I entered and was not greeted. I can't stand when a company gives me no acknowledgment and thinks their busy work they are suppose to do between customers is more important than a live client/potential sale in front of them. I felt like a ghost. Until I had to speak up to the workers. Does that make me a talking ghost now? It was obvious if I didn't say anything I wouldn't be waited on because I was ready to walk out. I went in to have a basic letter certified. They told me they don't have the machine to do it. What??!!! I never heard that before. I do it frequently at the Post Office machine for $3.55 frequently. They gave me another UPS shop to call. The employee said they had one. I asked how much to certify a basic letter. I was told $13.55! WTH, why $10 more. Plus the other store told me on the phone that their USPS pic ups are done between 2-2:30 pm. What no 4:30-5:00pm. Nope! I left and drove an extra 3 miles to do my certified mail the easy old fashioned way. Big parking lot in a nice strip center. read more

Love this store and the folks working there. Automatic texts for boxes received - great service !! Employees are professional, fast and friendly. This is my go to shipping store. I've been coming here for years, I keep a mailbox here and ship all my packages from here as well. I'm always greeted with a friendly hello and they welcome me by name every time. Everyone from the owner to every employee has always been beyond courteous and helpful. I've been to this business twice, and both times the lady (assuming owner) was rude. Not helpful in the least. I was shocked at her blatant rudeness, although the young man who was trying to help me was nicer. I now drive across town to ship my packages, although I live right around the corner. read more
