I loved when they had two spots in SCV and I understand why they got rid of location #2 but I feel like since they got rid of the one on Newhall Ranch it's just not the same. I get the vibe that because they are really the only tanning salon in SCV (that I know of) they know that and they can be rude and what not and it doesn't matter because where else we gonna go if we want to tan. You get charged a 10 dollar fee right off that bat if your card on file doesn't go through for whatever reason EVEN if you go in the same day and take care of it. A few girls in the front are super helpful and sweet but they have their share of snotty girls as well that you can tell just don't give a crap. And when you're the only place in town you would hope they would take better care of their beds but one room has been down for what seems like a month. All of it matters even if they don't think so. Like I stated I've been super loyal and it feels like that loyalty doesn't mean anything to them, we are just dollar signs. Regardless I'll continue to go because I like to tan but I feel like they need to know how their customers feel!!

People are complaining, having to wait two and three people deep just to get to the bed you want. Her application was quick and thorough, and best of all I was not sticky when I left. (Some places lay that solution on thick and it feels disgusting.) From the time I walked out the door people were complimenting my tan. I waiting the 8+ hours to shower and had beautiful results. My tan easily lasted over a week. (If you are getting this for an event I recommend getting it a day or two before. Your best color will be the first few days, but I still had color after a week!) Kelly, advised me not to purchase through the Groupon service but to pay her directly and she would honor my 2nd tan. Everything went well and I was happy with my service. I explained the situation and she proceed to tell me that I was wrong and that she never offered a bogo offer. Obviously, that is untrue because previously in our conversation she stated the offer had expired. Which is it? On top of that, she was very condescending. I mentioned there being another Groupon offer for $19 and she then told me that was for first time costumers and I couldn't use it.
