Lucy does a beautiful job with my nails! There is a small room upstairs, and you're one on one with Lucy. She is lovely, meticulous with her work and I was so happy with the outcome! I had my first appointment with Keiko for my hair. I saw the result of how beautiful she did Louisa's hair, and I was looking forward to something fresh and new. I was impressed with how gorgeous my hair turned out, I had a cut, color and style. I look forward to getting a blow out and style for an outing with Keiko! I swear, this place has it ALL! I went in for a haircut with Kian and my experience was wonderful! I was greeted with a smile from the owner when I first walked in and then I saw Kian ready to go for me warmly greeting me. I have not seen her for a while but there was nothing awkward about our interactions at all. It was like I saw her yesterday! I thoroughly enjoyed the catching up we did, as I used to get my hair done in the past by her. Even more, I absolutely loved the cut I got! Pageant contestants come here, so you know it's top notch. . Hair Spa I got Probeauty Salon's Haid Spa Treatment which was zen heaven . First they got me all comfy and used a Digital Test System to study my scalp. We saw i had build up of sebum. Then they did light stretching, and laid my down. They use only the best high essential oil ingredients. which shows the trouble areas, and allows them to make a personalized treatment before you begin. My scalp wasnoverly oily with sebum buildup at the roots. First they got me comfy in a robe, blanket, slippers. The spa room was zen, with the most romantic music and decor. Debra was my caring technician. She did some light stretching on my shoulders and we realized one side was stiffer than the other. She got me comfortable in the recline chair/bed and began the head spa process. @debrallewelyn had the most soothing touch that put me to sleep quite a few times as she gently massaged the best luxury all-natural ingredients on my skin and hair. 6 steps massaging the healthy ingredients into your scalp: 1. Precleanse with gentle exfoliation 2. Steam cap for hydration and sebum breakdown 3. Shampoo treatment 4. Conditioning Treatment with Steam cap for hydration into cuticles 5. Toner to shut down cuticles and pores 6. As a Bonus Debra finished the treatment with an extra treat - a gentle soothing massage on the neck and shoulders. After the treatments, we did another Digital Test on my scalp to see the huge before and after. My once oily scalp was now clean and smooth; my hair was soft and invigorated. Most of all, my soul felt recharged. This is honestly the best head and hair spa I've ever experienced. Probably going to gift this to a loved one or friend. read more

I originally scheduled an appointment for a haircut at the barber shop next door on Saturday the 22nd since my Wedding day is on the 24th. They told me they accidentally scheduled me on the Thursday AFTER my wedding day and that they would not accommodate me despite the scheduling error not even being my fault. Luckily Pro Beauty Salon was right next door, I walked in explaining that I had a wedding in 2 days, the barbers next door screwed me over, and that I needed a haircut today. Despite them being busy, they were able to squeeze me in on the spot. Keiko was my stylist and I told her I needed a formal haircut and she was able to give me exactly what I wanted. She works very precisely and I could tell she puts the utmost care into her work. I've always had a positive experience with Keiko at Pro Beauty Salon. I usually get my hair cut and roots colored. Today, I took my two daughters (ages 4 and 10) along to get their hair cut. I got my roots colored with highlights. My hair is very stubborn and the highlights took a while to lift, but Keiko was patient the whole time. Everyone was so kind. The owner, Debby and Keiko were so sweet with my girls. They made sure they were comfortable, gave them snacks and made them feel so special. I came in today for a Japanese head spa. The salon is lovely. It's very clean and very cute. I walked up the stairs to a private room for the head spa. It was my first time for the head spa. The stylist shows you your scalp. Tells you what's going on and starts the treatment. It's so relaxing and wonderful. I can't even tell you what happened. I fell asleep. Woke up only for for the massage and her going through my hair with a comb. They walked me down for a blow out. They served tea and a cookie. The staff is very nice and professional.
