They were about 20 minutes late at pickup due (not to a fault of their's so I won't deduct any points, driver was helping a client get in the doctor's office door). Courteous service from Damian. David booked the call, asked designation and return, client on what type of chair, and if any aux attachment with patient. Price was $205 for a total trip round trip of 22.5 miles. Wish they would accept insurance, Medi-Cal, or even Medicare but sadly none apply. read more

My aunt needed transportation services for radiation treatments. The pick up and drop off locations were out of their general service area and yet they were so very accommodating. I got many quotes from different companies and Quickteck's prices were the most reasonable. I live at the top of 67 steps and needed help to get to an MRI appointment after injuring my knee. Dominick and Hugo arrived right on time and were *very* nice & fun. They put me in a wheelchair and slowly, carefully navigated the twisty, uneven stairs. My dad is bedridden and needed to get to the E.R. I called Quickteck at around 10pm on a Friday night and Dominic was at my house within 20 minutes. Dominic was kind and professional. I needed transport for an outpatient procedure. I needed pick-up on a Saturday and got the boss! I gave him a pick up time and he was flexible and willing to pick me up up to 90 minutes later in case things went over. He was very accommodating and willing to work with me to get me transport. I received door to door service and he was not only incredibly helpful and polite to me, he was helpful and pleasant to the staff as well. I've seen a lot of transport drivers and this is not always the case. Furthermore, he and his drivers have some EMS training and that was important to me. If I ever require med transport again, I'm definitely calling Dominic. I would definitely recommend this company to other people. read more

Quickteck transported my mother in her wheelchair to and from a dentist last Sunday. We'd never used medical transportation before and we were nervous about it. In her condition, Mom's temperament is unpredictable. There was no need to be nervous! Hugo arrived a little early and worked with the caregivers to carefully wheel Mom into the van and strap her wheelchair in for safety. There were seats for both her caregiver and me to monitor Mom along the way and Hugo played calming classical music on the radio. The ride was great. And, Hugo was right there when we needed him for the return trip. He was professional, courteous all the way and obviously very experienced with frail passengers like Mom. If they are good enough for my Mom, they are good enough for anyone! Highly recommended! read more

This review is very overdue, but it is definitely worth my time to post about my experience. If I could give more than five stars to this company, I would. I called many transport services and take my word, THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO GO WITH!! Dominic is the owner. Just a great guy. A family member needed to be transported from Ventura to the San Fernando Valley about a month and a half ago. I called several non-emergency medical transports. I live out of the area and just spoke to Dominic over the phone. I had to trust him sight unseen. Nobody I spoke with at other companies came even close to the care and compassionate service that Dominic provided. He was able to transport when I needed it and for a reasonable price. He texted me when he was on his way. He texted me when he arrived and was loading my family member into his vehicle. And he texted when he arrived at my family member's destination. Dominic then called me to let me know everything went smoothly and that he had enjoyed chatting with my family member during the transport, which just I was so glad for. As both a caregiver for my elderly grandmother and as a physician, I absolutely recommend Quickteck Medical Transport to anyone in need of non-emergency medical transport!! My grandmother is wheelchair bound and it is so difficult (and uncomfortable for her) to get her into our family cars. Dominic at QMT has been so incredibly helpful in arranging and providing transportation for my grandmother, not only for doctor/dentist appointments, but also so that she can continue to come to family gatherings. Their service allowed her to be with our family to celebrate Christmas, and those days significantly improve her quality of life. My mother was discharged from Huntington Hospital back in December after a knee surgery. Our discharge planner had recommended Quicktexk medical transport as a company that would be able to take my mom home in a wheelchair. The driver that came to pick her up Ryan was great. He actually was the owners younger brother and had just graduated school to be a RN. He was super friendly and helped get my mom in the house and made sure she was comfortable before we left. well.... We needed to get her to a few check-ups since and we have used Quickteck every time. Both times Dominic was our driver and he has also been fantastic. Honestly I don't know how I would be transferring her if I had not meant these guys. Dominic and Ryan are like family now.
