Not this year. They failed miserably to get the car I wanted on special promotion in the auto manufactures website. There were over 40 cars within a 50 mile radius and they wanted me to pay more for a car from 'their dealer' they didn't have in stock. They wasted my time and the promotion ended while they took a holiday. They didn't value my business or my loyalty. Whatever they are now up to, who they are loyal to, wasn't this customer.

Beyond doing so at a fair price, Gary handled all of the paperwork including de-registration, cancelling the license plates and providing proof of such to submit to Town Hall to get the car off the tax rolls, and correctly filling-out the title to show transfer of ownership so that all my friend needed to do was sign - and done. First, my mom called in advance that the car needed to be checked out and confirmed that we could drop off keys and car before opening (done this multiple times with no issues). Turns out, the car was stolen from the lot and the manager (I don't have a name) refused to look at the security tapes, accusing my mom of never dropping off the car there in the first place. They knew to expect our vehicle as we call to make sure each time. We only found out after calling in the afternoon since we hadn't heard back in the usual time that our car was looked at, ready, etc. Once report was filed, police got to look at the footage. No apology for not believing my mom dropped off the car or just general acknowledgement that their customer's vehicle was stolen. Again, this was not our first time dropping off the car before opening so we knew we didn't leave the keys in the wrong place.

He promised, just before we drove away, that he would chase up the second set of keys. We are a family of 2 drivers, and the thought of having only one set of keys is scary. Misplacing the only set we have leaves us stranded. When we complained a few days later, they said they contacted the last owner of the key. We still have only one set of keys. There does not seem to be a consideration of the dealer creating a second key for us. This is not the service we expected from such a prominent dealership. Be forewarned.
