He noticed little things issues with our old layout and took the initiative to address them before the project was finished. That level of care and pride in the work really stood out. I even had to leave town while the remodel was underway, and I never once worried about leaving our home in their hands. The work continued exactly as planned, everything stayed on schedule, and I came home to a beautifully finished space. John did an excellent job with the tile work, and the cabinet and glass installers, and supporting team members were professional, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home. It's clear Kimberly has built an outstanding team that genuinely cares about the quality of their work and their customers' experience. We contracted with for new cabinet fronts for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They were to have been…read moreinstalled between Christmas and New Years - typically a slow time for the cabinet business. The final front was installed the end of March. Since before March we have asked for touch up paint to fix the scratches from the install. We also needed the paint to repaint a circular open end shelf that was not replaced. The fronts were not protected in any fashion that I could see and there are numberous chips on the fronts. I am now of the opinion all the fronts need to be resprayed. Today is June 25, 2013 and still no touch up paint. Yes, calls with the owner, installer, endless e-mail's and text messages....no paint. My husband didn't have an issue with writing a check to Fine Line as he trusted them......No, I am not a happy camper and guess I now have to go to Home Depot or another cabinet shop for paint. I was told I should have my sweet girl euthanized just because she cannot see nor hear and would therefore get easily startled when being sternly handled by groomers. Out of desperation and serious luck, I landed in the G'ville PetSmart Grooming Department and met Professional Groomer, Jenn, who holds a special passion for geriatric dogs. Jenn's compassionate disposition and her light handedness along with her obvious grooming skills turned out to be the answer to my prayers... NOT KIDDING. Jenn not only gave my geriatric Yorkie the best grooming job ever, she also gave my sweet girl new vivaciousness!
