The only actions taken were the complete demolition of my master bathroom and destruction that placed my home at risk: he cut through a structural support beam and damaged the building envelope to the point where daylight was visible through the exterior walls. These actions not only failed to improve my property but introduced serious safety hazards. Despite these facts, Alex continued to demand more money while failing to complete even the most basic tasks. Communication was sporadic and unprofessional, with repeated promises followed by no actual progress. When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work. I strongly caution anyone considering Trimelogic to avoid this contractor entirely. Engaging Alex with your home exposes you to severe financial loss and safety risks. Communication was extremely poor -- I could rarely get a hold of him, and when I did, he would tell me what I wanted to hear but never actually follow through. The majority of the tasks that were promised to be completed were left incomplete or not even started, yet they still requested more money. On top of that, they often left things a mess, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Additionally the owner of the business reached out to me directly and I shared my poor experiences with Trimelogic and wanting to be returned the money associated with the work that was never started and they never got back to me. I would not recommend Trimelogic to anyone looking for reliable communication, timely work, honesty, and quality workmanship. Save yourself the stress, time, and money -- hire someone who values honesty, communication, and proper execution.

He worked with my budget and overall was easy to work with. I had some challenges with his team's arrival times not being consistent, and the timeline seemed to take longer than originally expected, but these things happen during renovations and in the end wasn't a huge deal. The entire project took about a week. The final fit and finish were well done, the grout work and glass install were clean and impeccably installed. Finally, a small issue we found with the install was addressed in a timely manner.

Once we started the remodel process everything was super easy and straightforward. The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! It took a while to get going on our kitchen remodel and bathroom upgrades, because of supply chain issues. But, once they started, it was a fast 3-5 day project to add new cabinets to our kitchen area and lay down new granite and install new faucets. They were careful, to not destroy the mirrors in the bathroom and were able to just rip out and replace the granite, sinks and backsplashes. Overall, we are very happy with the results of our new kitchen and remodeled bathrooms. They had previously (in the Fall 2021) done some work to repair an upper deck leak, where the water was leaking through an area where the flashing was not originally properly installed. This had caused damage into our master bedroom and they were able to repair everything, to make it look new.
