But Lowe's managed to cut copies twice that didn't work. I then went to Walmart and made a copy. That didn't work either. I only found that out after driving home each time, of course. So I was really frustrated. At Wally's, the key was cut by hand and FINALLY was done right. And the customer service was excellent.

I asked another CSR and he said 'if we have it, it's on aisle 10' I've learned that's code for 'I don't know if we have it, but if you go over there and it's not there, then we don't have it'. I get SO TIRED of wasting my time with retailers who have NO customer service. There is not understanding of what service is.
