Needed to get fingerprinting to schedule my real estate exam & found this place. They are open from about 9-5 I believe I'm for sure they close at 5 though. They do take walk-ins as well. I went in and was the only person there so I did not have to wait. I was greeted by Gus who was super friendly. The fingerprinting was pretty fast. Whole process took about 3 minutes. I was in an out. He printed off a receipt with my info & stated the result should be ready in about 3 business days. Super easy process. I'd highly recommend! read more

I had my fingerprints done on May 12 by Amy for an online, out of state job. I thought everything was fine and I would have left a 5 star review. Unfortunately, my prints were returned because 9 out of 10 fingerprints lacked ink, showed white, and were illegible!! Nicole started to redo them, but there was a lot of white on the prints again, just like the first time. Nicole was in a hurry and her customer service sucks! I got my money back. read more

32 years a Fed, countless clearance checks, and I find technology has owned fingerprinting! I've been here twice, once for state clearance and one required for Gigi's guardianship process! Not muich good to say about this place... I was required to go here and pay $45 to get fingerprints in order to volunteer for the Pinellas County Schools. First, they make appointments -- but 3 people showed up for an 8:30 appointment. There was only one guy working, and only one person can be done at a time... What is the point of reservations? It took about a half hour to get through the process after waiting on the two others to finish. The finger-printing process is tedious because the machine routinely reports errors and many fingers have to be done over and over again. Cheap scanner? I don't know. Then the price -- $45. Seems ridicuous to me. However, of all the equipment in this place, the credit card machine worked the best. read more

This company provides discounts for first responders resulting in more affordable prices for electronic fingerprints compared to others in the area. I also appreciated their patience and further information on what to expect and them offering their time for any unexpected issues or concerns regarding my services. Very rude customer service. Had my fingerprinting done last year and had a question. Mike answered the phone, i asked my question, he paused momentarily while attempting to explain so I briefly spoke and he became short with me and condescending all because i apparently interrupted him. I think he's forgotten that if it were not for customers like me, he would be out of a job! If you would like to be treated with respect find somewhere else to go! There are plenty of other businesses that do fingerprinting/background checks that would be happy to answer a question politely! read more

Wow! What a great experience we had with EZ Fingerprints. My husband and his business parter needed fingerprints for their dealers licence. They went to EZ Fingerprints and had the process done 7 months ago but because the city licence department dragged their feet....the fingerprints were wiped from FDLE's system before the city accessed them! so we had to repeat the whole process over again and start from the beginning. We spoke with Mike at EZ Fingerprinting and he was wonderful to work with. He got us right in and worked with the price. He realized how inconvenienced we had been and made the experience much more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this business to others.
