Why 5 stars? Nice, friendly family owned and service oriented business that goes above and beyond what a normal US Post office can do. So sad to here of the closed Downtown Safety Harbor USPS, but thank goodness for the Newly Opened Post Office Square! For downtown Safety Harbor Residents, it has been a joy to go to the regular Post Office downtown for many years. It relocated out of downtown leaving some residents hanging. Guess what? Now Post Office Square not only offers what the Post office can do, but a whole lot more. Post office square can do USPS stuff, FedEx, DHL, and in a little bit fingerprinting services too (they had the machine in the office, it just needed to be setup in the coming weeks). I brought in a package to ship that needed a little attention in the packing department (i.e. I didn't have tape at home, and I brought an weird box in) and the staff at Post Office Square Re-packaged everything for me safely and got my stuff to it's destination. I also learned that you can open a Private Mailbox here, it's like a P.O. box but with a real address! They will even grab stuff from Amazon for you! Are you a snowbird and want your mail to be down here in Safety Harbor and shipped up to you in NY or Michigan when you're up there for the Summers? Oh they will do this for you too! Had a great experience here and can't wait to continue to do business with them. As a bonus they have plenty of parking, and it's a convenient downtown location. read more

Stacy and her Team are an Unbelievable resource here in our little Hamlet of Safety Harbor. Whether it's mail related services, copies, printing, and way too many other Services to mention, they are Always helpful, and friendly. We use Post Office Square as our Digital Mailbox and could not be happier! It enables us to travel months at a time while reading, filing, discarding, and even forwarding at times, All of our mail....the U.S. Postal Service cannot offer this Service. Again, Stacy and her Team provide us with "peace of mind" on our extended journeys, knowing nothing of mail importance will "slip the the cracks". Big shout out to her Assistant, Kaylin, who helped us physically with a huge area rug we had delivered to their location this week! I went to purchase stamps at the safety Harbor post office which was no longer there on Main Street. I came across post office square what a great place highlighting historic pictures of quaint safety Harbor with ultra modern equipment& with impeccable customer service. With many different options besides just US PS they even had FedEx DHL and some UPS products I couldn't believe I could do shredding, key manufacturing they even had balloons and greeting cards!! what a great place and to top it off they are open till 6 PM Monday through Friday and 2 PM on Saturdays Big kudos what a great idea and then I was able to bring my water bill to City Hall just two doors away with a lot of offstreet parking! I first visited Post Office Square after the USPS refused to take a package of mine 15 minutes after close. That was the best thing to happen, because I got the chance to meet Glen, the proprietor of this local business that goes the extra mile for its customers. Post Office Square works with all of the carriers, so it was a "no brainer" to go there when I wanted to ship some ice cream to my father up north. Glen helped me determine the needed materials, and even made calls to locate dry ice. With materials in hand, he made a shippable package that would get the ice cream there frozen and wouldn't break the bank. These days it is difficult to find great customer service. I strongly recommend you try this business. You won't be disappointed. read more
