They are boards and signs posted all around the front door stating you can only come into the office via appointment only. However when you try to call to set an appointment or do it online it's impossible. I showed up without an appointment, typed my information into a kiosk and waited to be seen. I am writing this review while waiting to be seen. I am thankful that I will be able to talk to someone but this entire process is cumbersome even to a person in their 20s such as I. Improvements need to be made.
