We missed 2 DHL deliveries and requested a depot or locker for our collection. Goin Postal was the "closest" location for us to get an important letter packet from the UK. We go to pick it up as DHL confirmed delivery. We got there, no packet. Joe Broadus the owner, wouldn't let it go at that and said "I'll have it here in 30 minutes." My husband and I went to Publix. Joe phoned 20 minutes later to say he was holding the package. Brilliant! The area really rates anything Goin Postal based on the number of other customers that came and went as we waited for information on our parcel. Needed to get my fingerprints done for Florida Licensing, however I noticed that many of them were rejected. I don't know why and he didn't re-do them either. All I know is that I complied with the Florida regulations and got it done. I have no idea what the picture looked like, because I was getting my purse. Frankly, he didn't seem thrilled to do the work, but he was one of the few locations that the Health Department offered up. read more

If you're looking for a cost efficient NOTARY Goin Postal is the best Notary in town! I spent hours trying to find notaries in North Pinellas county. Banks won't notorize unless you have an account; My own credit union refused; the local Post Office branch no longer is a notary. The prices are the best in town and the people who work there are very helpful! I now use them for my post box for my company. I called on the Telephone today to the Goin Postal (Palm Harbor) trying to figure out if they provided finger print services for the company I work for. I just wanted to call and make sure as I've been to three locations already. I spoke with a guy named JOE who seemed to be really RUDE. He asked for a number that I had no idea what he was talking about, I asked him to give me a minute as I went to retrieve the paper I was given by the company I work for in my car. Which took less than two minutes. He grew impatient very fast and I told him I was still there. He over talked me on the phone saying that he had give me more than a second and he has customers inside the store. So customers on the phone don't matter much I guess. When I asked his name he replied JOE..and also threw in that he wasn't the owner. Well JOE owner or not, you could have at least been a little bit more professional you aren't supposed to be RUDE to customers. Bad morning, idk. But I refuse to go there now!! read more

I'm not sure if the staff is the same from the previous review, but I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service & pleasant attitudes at the Palm Harbor Goin' Postal. I print most of my labeling from home through Etsy and either arrange for USPS to pick up their packages from my home, drop them off at the dreaded US Post Office or, my preferred method, drop them off at Goin' Postal. I'm almost always greeted with a huge smile & if my hands are full of packages, they open the door for me. I highly recommend them (I'd also consider using them come holiday season, no long wait lines or grumpy attitudes!) read more
