I was really excited when I confirmed my appointment a week in advance following their email instructions. I showed up at my reserved time, but the door was locked and nobody was here. I waited for about 20 mins, still nothing. So I just left. I can't believe I drove about 40 mins just to be stood up. I'm really angry and disappointed at this place. In this day and age all options should be available. In addition they automatically charge you $100 to reschedule. I've driven over 100 miles to go to them because of the services they used to provide. Unfortunately there was not even a save attempt keep me as a customer. The loss will be some other businesses gain. I've spent a great deal of money with them and thought we had a good partnership but at the end of the day it comes down to the dollar that will break the business in the long run.

My only frustration was at the end of the appointment when I had to pay. I go through Cherry for payment options and the system was down. I only have a debit card and no other credit card so had to go to the bank to get cash to pay. They did put a note on my chart about checking the day of my appointments to make sure Cherry is up and running so hopefully that snag will not happen again.
