Mark encouraged me to keep the gun in consignment so I did. When I went there for the final time I asked him if he wanted to buy it outright and at a great price. Mark said, no. When I asked him why and he said he would have a hard time selling it. So he basically strung me along for five months knowing it was a hard sell. Why lead me on like that? I sold the gun at Cabela's the next day for a very fair price. I am done with Midway Pawn.

I had an item to be pawned to Twin City Pawn without my knowledge or permission. On the day I…read morefound ticket at my home (day after the pawn), I went to Pawn store. They had the item. I called Walker Co Police. Had report filled out at the store & inside. The police told Pawn owner/employee he could not resell this item, to hold for court. Item was left at pawn store. Officer said some discouraging words: "it'll most likely get thrown out due to the dollar amount" (i report worth $150). Detective assigned to my case called me, left message. Next day I returned message, leaving him message. Week later I left another message. Couple months went by. I called again, left message. Received returned call. Me & Detective spoke. He had a hard time finding my report on system b/c SOMEONE AT THE SHERIFFS OFFICE misspelled my name. Detective finally found report. He said he'd look into it and get back with me. I called back day or two later giving him ticket number, date & absolutely every bit of info on the ticket. Few weeks go by, I dont hear anything. another week or two, nothing. I go by pawn shop. The pawn happened in July. Pawn store closed account Sept. Nov, they put the item back out on the floor for resale, and I quote them "b/c the police department said we could".
