My experience at both locations was exemplary of what a shopping experience should be for high-end jewelry and luxury watches. Since I was relocating to Chattanooga Tennessee. I wanted to build a relationship with a local dealer for watch brands and jewelry that I plan on buying. I primarily worked with Luis Rodriguez at Fink's Jewelers in Chattanooga Tennessee. Luis was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and also very easy to work with. Luis spent an extremely generous amount of time guiding me through the process of selecting my first watch that will become part of a collection of luxury watches. While there I also saw a piece of jewelry that caught my eye which is rare. I have very specific taste in jewelry and it's very hard for me to find anything I like for myself or as gift for someone else. However, the selection at Fink's Jewelers is quite exceptional and I actually found a wide variety of stunning pieces I admired. So, I also picked a beautiful necklace along with my first watch during my visit to Fink's jewelry store. I don't often write reviews, but I was so thoroughly pleased and happy with how everything went. So much so, that my entire experience at Fink's jewelry and with Luis Rodriguez earned my praise and a very positive review. Overall Fink's jewelry earned my business for their gorgeous selection of high quality luxury watches and jewelry and the best customer service one could possibly ever hope for. I've requested multiple times to be on a wait list for hard to find items & I'm always called/texted when those items arrive in inventory, as is my husband. Not only does Finks carry high quality & a huge variety of jewelry their customer service is always spot on no matter who helps us! In fact, we're both coming in for our 12th wedding anniversary this week. An example testimony to their superior customer service: Last year I needed my opera pearls restrung & when they couldn't do it for me affordably they referred me to someone that could!! Now what more could you ask for in a neighborhood jewelry store. Best of all is when we moved here 4 yrs ago we missed our family jeweler so when we learned about Finks early on we've been coming here ever since, they replaced a trusted jeweler for us, that's HUGE!! I received one voice message from the repair man at their original location stating they received the wrong parts and had to reorder. I called the ladies back several times, they said they would call back when it was finished and never did. I stopped in 3 times before actually getting my watch back, with a crown that was not the same as the original damaged one. No one told me this was happening until I showed up one last time looking for it. The part could not be matched apparently, which is something I would have liked to know before it was installed. For the pleasure of being watchless, ill advised and informed, I was charged $80. Which the indifferent lady pointed out to me was a deal that didn't include labor. Terrible service, do not go here for anything! I've heard the Georgia store is much better, but this place is worthless.

We were in luck! I did find two rings I really liked but we wanted a few tweaks. They took out info, wrote down what we wanted and said it would be about two weeks and we'd get a mock up to see if it's what we liked. We never got that mock up. He went back to the end of April or early May to purchase me a necklace and asked about it. They apologized and gave an excuse and said they would have it ready in a week. Here we are now at the end of May and again nothing. Thankfully I have pictures of the ring and am going elsewhere to have it made. Everyone in the store was helpful, kind, and professional so this was a surprise and extremely disappointing.

The Eppersons (Ellen and her mom Armin) treat your one-of-a-kind pieces as if they were their own. I live in New York City and I needed new prongs put on my mother's engagement ring. I also needed my mother's eternity band rebuilt due to age and wear. I wasn't about to leave my treasures with someone who would send out the diamond and, perhaps, not get it back. The Eppersons do all of their custom setting work right on the premises. Molds are designed/imaged and emailed to you in a 3D rendering before they cast them. My mom's ring was totally rebuilt keeping the integrity of the original piece, but with much more strength and balance. Both rings were back on my hand within weeks and at a reasonable price I was happy to pay. As I mentioned, I live in New York City. The Eppersons are in Cleveland, Tennessee and have been my in-law's family jeweler for two generations. They have now become mine!

He said he had no way of doing that. My receipt only showed the total. I recently took those same watches to Penny's and the batteries were replaced while I watched, totaling $35. That confirms how much I was ripped off last year!!

How good is that!! I also had a few pieces of scrap Gold and Silver that I went to 2 other places to see how much they were worth and Bob Hardin, the owner of Watch Batteries and Gold gave me almost 2 times what the other places offered!!!
