I scheduled the trailer for my child's birthday party. The trailer wouldn't fit in front of our house, so we rented a local venue. However, 5 days before my party we were informed the trailer was in an accident and might not be repaired in time. Two days before my party I had confirmation that he could not come and a refund was processed. The good: the owner was great at communicating and the refund was promptly processed. The bad: scrambling to replace a huge chunk of the entertainment at my kids party in a couple of days time was not easy. I understand that life happens, but was disappointed that he had no other options available to me, like bringing me the games and consoles and setting them up at my venue for a reduced cost. Bottom line: this is unlikely to happen again, so if you are wondering whether to book him for your party, I would go for it. read more

Sean is awesome-he's professional, courteous and easy going, and worked with us when there was a small hiccup in parking the trailer on our street. Booking the service was also easy, with clear communication. We had EZPZ come to our home today for a 2 hour video game party for my 8 year old son and had an amazing experience. Our host Tomas had everything set up before my guests arrived and had a plethora of games available for the kids at our party. Everyone was amazed at not only how cool the truck was but also how accommodating Tomas was with the kids. He was so patient with them and always aimed to please. The inside of the truck was awesome, from the laser light show to the air conditioning system to the endless gaming possibilities. This was an amazing experience and worth every penny! It was a huge hit at my daughter's 11th birthday party! I planned it on a Friday not thinking of the traffic so they arrived 30mins late but ended up stating an extra hour for the inconvenience. All the kids had a blast even the one's that aren't gamer's they took over the dancing game. Sean is absolutely AWESOME!! My son and his friends couldn't stop talking about what a great time it was. This is the 2nd time I've used him for my son's birthday and I would use him again. Great communication, gets there early to set up, is totally aware of what is happening in the trailer, so I didn't need to stay in there with a bunch of farting 11 year olds!!
