I read negative reviews about them and there were few positive reviews as well, after my experience with them I think they are fake. I booked them for my son's birthday party, Adrian said if I pay total sum in advance he will throw in VR games for me. I thought this was a good deal, I paid $420, he was texting me back. The day before party, I checked with him and he went completely off radar. He was suppose to arrive at 11:15 am, there was no sign of him, he was not picking his phone or responding to email. Kids started leaving at 1:30, some very disappointed 10 year old. Yes that's what paid for, disappointing my child on his special day At 1:30 his girlfriend calls to tell me he is running little late!! Seriously?? At this point I was beyond being mad/sad/ and everything in between. Apparently he thought party starts at 1:30. Well, and why was he not picking his phone? She didn't have an answer to that, he finally arrived at 2:30. Mind you, his business address is only 5 mile away from home. Adrian, gave me some story about how a truck was parked in front of his gaming truck and he couldn't come out, his phone was stolen or something..anyway, he promised me he will refund half my money. He NEVER refunded even a penny! Air condition in truck was not working properly, kids were sweating, they had only two chairs and VR headsets were not charged, they didn't have enough game, there were wires all around that kids can easily trip over. The one star is for showing up. Adrian showed a lot of promise when I spoke to him on the phone multiple times prior to booking him. He assured me that he would provide a wonderful experience and assured me that the negative reviews on Yelp were unwarranted. On the day of the event, Adrian showed up an hour late. It was quite stressful not knowing if he was going to show up. The set up took a long time. Unfortunately many of the console and games did not work according to my son. The VR sets were not charged up and had to be charged up on site. He said he was having Wi-Fi connectivity issues and hence the terminals and VR were not working. Not sure if that was true. Also mentioned that a VR set was damaged by a kid, so we needed to pay $500 for it, which we refused. Finally he wrapped up within an hour saying he had to go to another event. Many kids including my son played for barely 5 minutes. Very unprofessional and unprepared for the event. I want to support a small business, but till Adrian shapes up, I would highly discourage anyone from using his game truck service. read more

If there was an option for zero and going straight to hell for being a scammer, I would select that. I hired Adrian for an event I hosted for foster youth teens and he no showed. Not only did he no show, but his phone was shut off and went to voicemail. I get this day in age people will do anything for a dollar, but this was truly low. And guess what people to my surprise the same exact words that are given to all the bad reviews here "I'm sorry I've never cancelled on anyone this might have to be my first one " what a nightmare!!!!! Thank god for the game truck that drove miles away to serve the Party with all the kids you guys left hanging !!!!!!! He makes promises they can't keep. We used the truck as an on site visit for our child care Friday fun day !!
