I told him I wanted an upgrade and asked if I had any discounts. He disappeared for 10 minutes, came back and told me my only option was to pay full price for the phone over 36 months. I asked him if he was sure about that, I asked specifically if I had any rebates. He said he was sure and I walked out. I went to the store on BBB and Lyons the following morning, they mentioned my rebate right away and set me up with my new phone which was $600 over 36 months. Read the reviews. The Congress Verizon store is awful. I felt like I was being sold a used car. Stay away. This store is a joke. Update after owner response. Don't tell me your store has standards. I was almost blatantly ripped off by your sales person who led me to believe I didn't have a rebate. HE WALKED INTO THE BACK OF THE STORE FOR 10 MINUTES AND LIED TO ME. He gave me a quote with basic information on it. I felt like I was buying a used car. Ive been a customer of Verizon for 25 years. I've upgraded at various Verizon stores and this is the first time I've seen anything like this. Are you serious with your response? You'll look into this? You are either completely incompetent as a business owner or you don't care because tactics like this net your store extra money. I should have brought the iPad here when there was just a slight amount of damage to the screen, because now it was beyond repair. The person was very honest in saying that he could replace the screen, but since the screen would be unable to lay flat onto the iPad it would just crack again. He had numerous refurbished iPads for sale at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place. I was getting nowhere on a reasonable price, as most were quoting 285-300. I finally gave up and had set an appt with iTech, as they didn't have the screen in stock I was forced to wait a week, and they told me very specifically they would have it Wednesday so I had arranged for my wife to be there Thursday morning. When calling that morning to confirm, I was then told maybe they'd have it later that day, and they wanted me to wait longer. The problem was that I had already started porting all my numbers and upgrading phones over to T mobile, and I had some time set aside later in the day on Thursday to complete everything, but I needed my wife's phone to not have a cracked front screen. So I call Sam at A1 Mobile Solutions, and he tells me he has it in stock, and my wife can be there in 30mins. Perfect! As she was already up that way, which is why I had scheduled everything the way I had. I assumed this would still cause a delay in our schedule, but Sam got the job done much faster than I was quoted everywhere else (1-2 hrs) and only took him 15-20 minutes, and for a bit less $ than everyone else too! My wife and him also hit it off having a conversation about homeschooling, as he was just recently starting to consider it, and we all felt like this was serendipity. Half the reason I'm writing this review is for personal reference, so if I ever need a screen repaired again I'll be able to easily find Sam through my review history. Anyway he's a great guy and great at what he does and I recommend him

The guy at the store said it was a great deal and almost started to argue about it (lost a star), but in the end phone screen fixed and spent little. Great job A1 and Groupon!
