I came here 12/7 to repair my phone screen due to water damage. I dropped my phone off between 12-1 pm. I never received a call regarding my phone status so I didn't get my phone back until 6 or 7 pm. My screen was visibly different than the original screen which made me feel unsettled but relieved it was working again. Due to the new screen, I no longer had Face ID. My total was around $100 1/10 I noticed my new screen was lifting off, literally coming off out of nowhere. A few days go by and the screen cracked at the bottom due to the screen not being properly secured on the phone. I stopped by today to hopefully get it repaired and he wanted to charge me $85 to replace the screen. I would have not had this issue if the screen was properly secured the first time. Why should I pay for a new screen again? It was not my fault. It's unfortunate that companies do not go above for customers services. They literally did not install my screen correctly! And now I am responsible for the damage. Waste.

Brought a ebike in on a Wednesday for a diagnostic($60), bike battery had fallen off and I wasn't sure if it was damaged or if it was a loose wire. I also told them what needed to be changed (front tire and back brakes) and then I left the bike. Called Friday to get an update, the worker said they would call me Saturday. No call on Saturday. Sunday they are closed. Monday I call them at 10:30am, the guy says he needs to call me back in 2 hours because its still in diagnostic. I've had surgery that took less time. After 3 bours I decide to drive to the location to retrieve the bike. Shouldn't take this long, and I didn't like the lack of communication. He calls while I'm in route and gives me a $150 price but that doesn't cover the front tire nor the back brakes that i requested (he didn't even know that they needed to be changed). He was going to charge $70 for a front tire on top of the $150 for the battery (that doesn't include the price for the back brakes that I never received). When I asked if the $60 diagnostic fee would go towards the price, I was told it was already added. So my $399 ebike was going to cost almost $300 to get fixed. Make it make sense. So I asked for the bike back so I can take it somewhere else. I was told to come back in 2 hours. So I'm out of $60 and a week without the bike.

Erica waited on me and said no problem it will be about an hour. Left and came back but she was still working on it, it was a mess. A nice seating area inside so just relaxed. She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone. Apparently the screen protector wasn't cracked which I thought that was it, it was the phone underneath. Oh boy, back to the store. Erica was not there and I was told it is not covered and he will see what he can do to ask the manager but parts not in anyway until mid week, so I waited until the next day to reach Erica. I showed her the phone and she said they have seen that happen when phone breaks underneath even though I have never had that happen other than when the screen protector was broken then broke the phone. Much to my dismay , I will be paying again, but she did say I only have to pay half just for the screen and not the labor, the best they can do so will wait until midweek. They have phone accessories and electronics you can purchase just not for my older phone alot of iphone stuff. It is located in the Promenade in Coconut Creek. The parking close y on busy times not always available but can always go to parking garage and walk there.
