I have been going to EOS for about two years now. I first discovered them when they opened their location in Coral Springs, and then started visiting the Boca location after it opened about a year later. Both gyms are about the same distance from my house, but I prefer the Boca location. They have the same amenities, but the Boca gym is much more aesthetically pleasing. I especially love the room on the left side when you first walk in. There's a record sign up there. I like to record workout content every now and then, and that space is perfect for it. I also really like the graffiti-style art on the walls. The only downside is that it's always pretty packed whenever I go, which can be a bit uncomfortable at times, but it is what it is. The staff could work on their customer service, as they're not always the friendliest, but I've dealt with worse. read more

I used to love this gym until 2/21/26 @ 11:15 am when I checked in and a tall African American employee started barking at me. I was perplexed so I asked him if he was barking at me. He tried to play it off but never answered me. I explained to him that I'm a member and don't appreciate being disrespected by being barked at like if I was a dog. This gentleman proceeded to escalate the situation and asked me if I wanted to have a problem with him. He might be used to threatening people in his life, but I don't play that nonsense. Customer Service 101, apologize and rectify. I politely explained to him that instead I wanted the solution of being treated with dignity and respect. Like all cowards he tried to play it off instead of manning up and being accountable for his immature and unprofessional behavior. He commanded me to "walk away" to which I responded with "apologize." He refused and then squirried away from the front desk. To exacerbate the situation, one his older white coworkers (Lee?) told me that he would beat him up if he ever barked at me again. Instead of an apology, I got another clown trying to punk me. I then saw them both talking so I approached them to have a professional conversation. This time the white employee ran off with his tail between his legs and the tall African American employee told me, "don't come at me." Instead of having a professional conversation, he also ran bravely away. BTW, I'm 5'7" and 160 lbs. This gentleman is 6'4" and at least 200 lbs. Trust me, there was NEVER going to be a physical interaction. I just wanted to talk, man to man. I guess little boys can't handle that yet. If you're the GM, please contact me. I have been a member of EOS for years both in California and Florida and have never run into anything remotely as unprofessional as this. Please run a serious business and hire professionals. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unresolved issue involving a lost item at one of your gym locations. In June 2025, I lost a pair of headphones and initially believed they had been misplaced outside of the gym. However, during a visit the week of September 15, 2025, I inquired at the front desk. I provided a detailed description of the headphones, including the make, model, and color. A staff member located the item in the lost and found inventory and confirmed it matched my description. She then stated that the manager, Gloria, would need to unlock the box to retrieve them. When presented with the item, Gloria refused to return it unless I provided the serial number. Unfortunately, because the headphones were purchased through Amazon, I no longer have the packaging or serial number on record. However, I presented alternative proof of ownership, including: * Photos of the headphones * My original Amazon order confirmation with purchase details and date Despite this evidence, the manager withheld my property. This decision was unreasonable, unnecessary, and inconsistent with the information I provided. I find this situation deeply frustrating and unprofessional, and I believe it reflects poorly on your lost and found policy as well as on the conduct of the staff involved. At this point, I am requesting the following: 1. That my headphones be returned to me based on the proof of ownership I have already provided. 2. That this matter be reviewed internally, and corrective action be taken regarding how lost property claims are handled. 3. That I receive a written response addressing this complaint. read more

Nice environment. However, BE CAREFUL! They charge not authorized transaction on your card that they keep on file and it is impossible to receive your money back. Last month my card was charged 136.00 for personal training program which I DID NOT signed for. The manager ( Jason) told me to contact the billing company (ABC). The billing company said that the credit has to be issued by the facility who originated the debit. Back to Jason he said that he could not do nothing about it and told to scan a QR code to communicate with the corporate. 2 messages were already sent without an answer. Conclusion: Eos is NOT a honest company. read more

The gym itself is nice which is why I gave an extra star, but the pressure to buy personal training was overwhelming for me. I just wanted a regular membership, but they kept pushing training and wouldn't take no easily. As a single mom with pretty bad social anxiety especially in crowded places, it made the experience stressful. I take accountability for agreeing to the lowest-tier membership they offered, but I truly just wanted a space to quietly care for myself on my own terms and in my own time. When I tried to cancel 2 or 3 training sessions in, the process felt more about money than understanding. They also charged me for two childcare memberships when I only have one child. While customer care responded to my emails, they ignored my refund request for the overcharge. Overall, I feel they push personal training because they rely on it, not realizing that genuine customer relationships are far more valuable than pushing for a quick sale. I wouldn't get a membership here again and I look forward to being done with my PT payments. read more

Since opening, they have a lot to improve on. The staff is too busy chatting at the desk to be of help. They can hardly ever be seen on the gym floor assisting members. I recently spent 40 minutes on the machines in the rear and did not see one staff member. Yesterday when working out I noticed someone spilt a beverage at one of the machines in the rear. There was a dangerous puddle that was unattended to for at least 45 minutes. When I called it to the attention to a young lady at the desk on the way out she told me they have a cleaning crew who comes in every evening. REALLY? Even though I pointed out that someone could slip and fall she did not seem at all concerned. On the plus side, the equipment is good and it is very spacious. It would be nice if people cleaned up their sweat with the provided cleaning solution conveniently located throughout. Hopefully the pool will be finished soon and the aqua classes begin. The music is just a bit too loud. Those of us with our own earbuds have difficulty hearing our own audio because of the din. read more

I want to start off by saying that the Facility is very nice, spacious with lots of equipment. my 16 yr old daughter wanted a membership because her friend is an EOS member and they're planning on going together. Since she is a minor, I needed to come in to sign the membership agreement. It was all good, the representative was very nice and asked us a few questions. Then he passed us off to a Fitness Manager and this is when things became really uncomfortable. I guess every new membership includes a free body scan with recommendations as well as explaining how their membership works as well as their other upgraded options. However, this session turned into a really uncomfortable high-sales pressure regarding their Personal Training sessions they offer. I felt like in a high-pressure timeshare sales situation, he wouldn't let off recommending that if she was really serious about wanting to lose weight she needed a personal trainer and a meal plan etc. Several times I made it very clear that we are not interested in personal training sessions, she only wants a gym membership so she can go there at her convenience, not for some pre-scheduled training sessions, this is not what we are looking for! He went on & on that training sessions are really not that expensive & worth it, etc, etc & wouldn't let us leave. It was absolutely ridiculous and uncomfortable, especially my daughter was uncomfortable she told me afterwards. She told me she doesn't want a personal trainer, just a gym membership. She is a 16 yr old that is not familiar with high-pressure sales techniques, so I explained to her that these personal training sessions are what make money for the gym, not the $10 per month membership fees, and that the trainer probably even gets a commission for every personal training contract signed. Anyway - we finally got to walk away without any other commitments other than the regular basic monthly membership, but it was definitely a challenge. They need to understand that at least 90% of the people who come to sign up for membership are NOT interested in personal training sessions, they are ONLY looking for a simple gym membership!!! Reading all the other reviews on here about the same issue and the fact that they were even charged for personal training sessions they never signed up for & then EOS refused to give them a refund all lines up with my unfortunately negative experience. read more

this gym has the absolute worst management team ever. For the past months i've asked when the gym was going to open as the people from the eos enrollment center kept messaging me promising a different opening date every time, and kept lying about the pre opening sales ending. Alex specifically continued to tell me false information every month and finally convinced me that they were opening up at the end of june because i seen that the building looked finished from the outside. He was very sure that it would be the 3rd week of june that the gym officially opens and i signed up for the "pre opening sales" because it was the "last day" he said. as i was on bench- trainer and client walked up to me and asked how many sets i had left- sighed when i said i would be taking a while. didn't go up to the four men benching beside me but came up to the only woman there. came back again and asked if i was done- which i wasn't- then waited across the gym staring at me. never did he ask any of the men there (who moved off their equipment before i did). overall shitty experience feeling disrespected in an "inclusive gym". do better. read more

Really bad. Gym was nice in the beginning, but it became crowded and crowded. I was told I could go with my daughter as a guest (she has always been at the gym with me). I have been a member for 1 year. Yesterday, they said she could not enter the gym because she is 14. They told me she should be 15 (today at the phone David told me 16). So, they really do not know the information. Anyways, they told me it's liability reason, but she could get her own membership. So, there is no liability issue if a 14-year-old goes alone to the gym, there is if she goes with a parent. I don't see how it makes sense. Anyways, tried to call now the location, and front desk told me the manager was busy, so I needed to call in 30 minutes. I'll do that, but meanwhile, I decided to make some reviews in social media as well, to alert other people. Just spoke to him, and they do not care. They offered me to cancel. That is it. Joined EoS after cancelling LA fitness. I love how open it is, there's two free weight racks, many squat racks and 2 smith machines. The layout is fantastic and even when it's busy I don't feel like people are on top of each other. read more

I never write reviews and I have to say something about what is going on with the EOS Boca Raton Location. The billing practice is actual consumer fraud. As it took 18 months for this facility to open with a lot of misleading direction on actual opening we decided to cancel our membership. We wrote multiple emails (and phone calls) BEFORE it even opened that we were no longer interested because of the wait to open and during the 18 months we have moved. Guess what? We were billed for two months the moment the gym opened. Now in order to cancel a membership you have to pay the dues and STILL it is just a request for cancelation. As someone who has worked within Audit practice, this is a clear sign of consumer fraud and coercion. Shame on the leadership and company for stealing money from people and lying to them. Utterly disappointed that instead of being an understanding company for waiting 18 months and all the delays they decide to be robbers and steal your money instead. Besides the music very loud, AC freezing, pool never opened, when i cancelled my membership, they continued to charge then they have the audacity to charge me again with a late fee (my CC is on file), saying CC declined which I verified with the CC company it was never declined. Typical gym membership cancelation shenanigans. Staff at the gym referred me to their 3rd party billing company called ABC Fitness. ABS Fitness referred me back to the gym location. read more

Went in for a free trial to test out the gym as I am trying to find a new gym to go to. Was looked at weird when I told them I have a free trial, then they gave me a sign up sheet, took my ID, and I sat down with a manager who tried to get me to sign up for a membership right there. I told him I would like to test it out first... he then shifted and asked for my ID again, and said I cannot work out there because I live in the next town over, yet this is the closest EOS to me. Proceeded to tell me I have to leave, seemingly only because I did not want to sign up right away and wanted to test first. If you say you have a free trial, you should honor that. Her review should be about the company managing the construction, permitting, and whatever else has delayed the opening...not this EOS location.... They have my credit card on file too but they haven't charged it yet because the location isn't open. As far as I'm concerned, I have nothing wrong to say about this gym. They have been promising that the gym would open " soon" for at least eight months. They have my credit card on file as a new member. Back in September it was to open later in the year. Then after the first of the year. Now it's in the Spring. Seriously?? I could have purchased a year's membership at LA Fitness or somewhere else already. This place is a TOTAL SCAM. BEWARE !!! My husband and son went in to talk to them about my son joining. They misrepresented a special stating my son could try private training for a month and cancel at any time. My son went back the next day to sign up based on deal they told h about with my husband. They scammed him and the contract he signed had a higher monthly rate and locked him into 6 months of private training at $300 a month. He does not even make $300 a month and would NEVER have agreed to $1800 Or the private training period. He and my husband were told they could cancel anytime. He had no idea what was going on until they overdrafted his account taking out $150 every 2 weeks. They won't call back my husband or son back or allow him to cancel. Both have gone in person and always told manager is off or someone will call them back. Now they are running this poor kids credit for $1800 he NEVER had in the first place. we are all reasonable people but they scammed him and nobody will call us back or try working with us. They also were charging him the higher monthly amount. He just cancelled his card but what a terrible way to do business. read more

I opened a membership and the representative on the phone said I would have a 30 day moneyback guaranteed. I used the gym one time and then I was going to end my membership due to not liking it. The manager told me that I would still get charged my next month which was $86. I told him I did not like the gym and I used it one time and I am not going to pay $86. He called his manager who said that regardless I have to pay. Therefore, I had to dispute the transaction with my bank. They are very misleading. read more

The cinema is freakin 50 degrees and they won't change the temperature. If I wanted to work out in a freakin refrigerator I would. Second of all the machines are junk always breaking and takes weeks to fix them. Third the gym opened September 11th it is now December 15th and the pool is still not finished. Fourth I have been waiting for a trainer to call me for 2 months to set up my band still no call. Fifth check your bank account because they were charging me for 3 memberships. This gym is absolutely horrible and it's no surprise that the ratings are so low having just opened. BEWARE OF MATT especially, who is supposedly the manager there, he is so incredibly rude and obnoxious and when you call with a problem regarding an issue that they should have corrected, he mocks the customer and talks down to them. Absolutely no manners and no respect whatsoever. For a moment there, I was questioning who is the employee, and who is the customer? In addition, everyone at that gym is rude and sounds like they just woke up when answering the phone. Beware they will charge you for PT, even if you specifically stated you did NOT need that. And beware of sounding angry when after a month of dealing with the same issue becomes too much when no resolution is given, they will threaten to call the police on you. Just an utter nightmare overall. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to the Coral Springs location. They are so much nicer there and they actually care. I had to call them to resolve an issue with Boca. And when going to the bank to dispute the charges that this gym ran through without my authorization, the banker stated that I was not the first person going there with an issue regarding this gym. If you like giving your money away like candy then gladly sign up, if not, go elsewhere trust me. read more

Worst experience ever !!! Poor Service I was so happy to be a member of EOS and unfortunately, my experience has steadily declined in 2 weeks. I signed the contract for the service of personal trainer and today I have Been forced to do it. I wanted to cancel because I came twice to do my workout and the trainer was not able. No cancelation before , no communication at all. The third appointment that I had, I did cancel with 48 hours as they told me to do it but I got a note in their system that said that I did not attend the appointment. I got charge $180 per 6 sessions in 2 weeks that I never received. Kevin , one of the asistan manager told me that they will fix it. Kevin told me that he will take care of me bacause of my bad experience, so we set up 3 appointments to workout. I feel that finally everything was going well but no, 1 hour later y receive a text message that Kevin will not be my trainer. Everyone in this gym playing with the members. Don't take seriously about how to treat clients (members) Today I went to cancel the contract and Kevin ostrovski ( manager ) told my that I can not cancel because the contract offer just 3 days to do it. He offer the most inappropriate apology with zero empathy with me and the situation. I signed my sons up for the new EoS Fitness in West Boca several months ago. When the open date continued to be pushed back (originally April and it's still not open) I canceled the memberships and joined elsewhere. I signed up in August 2024 with an expected fall opening date for the gym. Finally, after waiting almost 1 year, I went to the enrollment center on June 1 to cancel. I was told they processed it and I would receive confirmation in a few days. Fast forward to June 23 and I am still getting the run around. I've sent them numerous text messages and been told it takes 7 to 10 business days and then that if it's not processed In a couple of days to follow up. I'm still waiting 22 days later. I followed all terms in my contract to cancel yet they refuse to do so. Nice gym, but they need more locations desperately. It's sooooo crowded, even on a quick day if I'm using any machines I'm there no less than two hours. May 31st opening date was again another lie.. 8 months in and still no confirmation or communication.

Signed up back in November 2023, was told December, told January, told March, told May, told June, told they were moving their management office into the gym because they were getting ready to open in July... Now at the end of July they are still not moved into the gym with no opening date in sight as they are waiting for permits that can take months. I even got my girlfriend to sign up thinking we'd be working out together soon. I'm extremely disappointed and believe they won't be open until 2025. read more
