Terrific gym it's private and always clean. Most importantly it has a simple layout and efficient equipment and use of space. The staff is very knowledgeable and all have an education relating to personal training. Before I enrolled for training sessions, I informed the Owner and also the trainer of my limitations due to Spondylolethesis. I was extremely specific in making sure that my trainer was fully aware of exercises that were not appropriate for my condition and that would make me worse. They both assured me several times that they knew what could and could not be done as part of the training. On the first few sessions, I was asked to do some exercises which I felt were not appropriate and that would aggravate my spine. On every occasionI was assured that they were fine to do. After the 2 or 3rd session, I was in so much pain, I could not continue. I spoke with the gym and told them of the situation and they assured me that they would refund the money that I had not used.(a substantial amount). They never did. Also, extremely unprofessional -I had to call last minute due to a stomach bug. I told them that I knew that I would be charged for the last minute cancellation and that was fine--the trainer over the phone said to me" damn it-I could have booked someone else". Be 200% sure if you have any physical limitations that you do your homework on what you can and can't do and not take the sole word of any trainer. read more

For the last two years I have worked out with Nina. I enjoy my sessions very much as I do both cardio and weights. I find that I am better toned, more energy and feel better overall. The trainers do listen to me ( particularly as I have terrible knees) and have made great exercise recommendations that have really helped my overall well being. If my regular trainer is away on for vacation I have absolutely no hesitation about working out with another trainer. They are all certified have their degrees in physical fitness. read more

I have been going to this gym for 4 months now and I am so glad I found it!!! I have nothing but positive things to say. It is so clean and the trainers are all so friendly. This gym not only cares about the physical aspect but they are able to help you with any diet concerns as well. My trainer Jeremy is AMAZING!! I look forward to our workouts- he is so motivating!! Since it is for personal training only, you don't have to worry about it being crowded and can move freely throughout the facility and get the one-on-one attention.
