Giselle greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel welcome as it was my first time to this location. The gym I signed up at is still getting built. Gym was busy but I could get a good work out in pretty easy. Movie room was showing my favorite movie. Multiple recovery rooms so got a massage after!! They have a group fitness class room too and an out door section. Clean and nothing smelly like some of the other reviews. Nearly didn't come for fear of that. lol. The gym itself is great and has some really good people. I came back after a break and brought along my boyfriend. We had an evaluation with Maxsim that was super helpful. He was knowledgeable, laid-back, and gave us solid advice. Unfortunately, our interaction with a manager (I think his name was Sebastian) wasn't as positive. He was pretty persistent about selling a program, even after we explained our situation, and the conversation dragged on longer than it should have. Toward the end, he made a comment to my boyfriend about looking like he worked in construction, which felt out of place and came across as insensitive. This gym is PLAGUED by UNBATHED, absolutely FOUL smelling individuals who insist on doing 10 sets of 12 on every machine and leave without wiping it down, without putting their weights back, and leaving the machine coated in their ROTTEN STENCH!!!!!!!!!! What ever happened to wearing Deodorant? A fresh smelling cologne/perfume perhaps? Shower and put some lotion on maybe..? I signed my wife up for a new member promo of $10 per month with kids care for $20 per month for each of my 2 kids. When it came time for her to go get her barcode, she went to the office with the kids. They asked if she wanted to add kids care because they said she didn't have it. She said yes and made sure they were both signed up. They told her she could use any gym until ours opened. When she went to a different location, they told her she could, but they said she had no kids care. She called our location. The person she was talking with asked around to find out how to answer her question. They ultimately said she could not use kids care until our location opened. I wished someone would have told us that but she accepted their answer and waited until this location opened. When this location did open, my wife tried to sign up on the app like they instructed her to. It showed an error that she didn't have kids care. She called and they said she could come in to sign our two kids up. She and our 2 kids (both under 4 years old!) waited awhile to speak with a manager. He was able to sign up our kids and walked her to kids care to check them in. They were able to stay while she worked out. Everyone was very nice and helpful but it was a longer frustrating process. Just yesterday my wife tried to go to the gym again. She opened the app to try to sign the kids up. She received an error message that she did not have kids care as part of my membership. She called. The front desk transferred her to a number that didn't pick up 2 times. The third time they said that was the wrong transfer number and transferred her to kids care. The lady she talked with said that she has the kids names but we were not paying for kids care. She gave me a long process on how to upgrade my membership to include kids. Again, she was very nice and said that my wife could call back if she had questions but a long frustrating waste of time for my wife AGAIN. This place is a clown show with very polite people working in it. I'm sick of my wife who works part time from home, is home on her own with the kids 4 week days a week, has wanted to work out consistently for MONTHS ... but has repeatedly had HOURS of her time wasted by whatever stupid "game of telephone gone awry system" that EOS has. I went in on 06/08/2025 and when I say I have never been so disappointed in my life at a gym . This one took the cake. Nothing worked it was over crowded and it's one of the bigger EOS. NOTHINGGGG WORKED and when asked why & when they will fix almost everything that's a amenity. They shrugged . Very disappointing first experience there & also my last . Not the best neighborhood but who am I to judge. I will judge how the hot tub don't ever get hot the timer is hanging on by a thread like someone tried to snatch the hot tub remote out tye socket. Been to a handful of EOS locations and this one is by far the dirtiest. Restrooms and showers were disgusting. No hangers in shower for your stuff either like other locations have. They put the hangers on the outside making them useless. I'd let go of the poor design choices if they would just clean. read more

Taking classes at EoS allows me to show up, work hard, and go home without having to put too much thought into it. Charrawn always comes through and switches up, keeping workouts challenging and engaging. Plus, the playlist is always amazing. read more

Used to love this place until they cancelled my membership instead of my son's membership. Salvador the manager wont even show his face or answer my calls. They wont reinstate my membership.and only offer a new plan even though I just paid my GYM fees 30 days ago and the new plan is more expensive. I have 3 other memberships for members in my family. This was my first time at this EOS here in AZ. I'm from CA, but recently have been training for a marathon and lost a lot of my weight lifting shape. I was greeted at the gym by Quintin, who was so friendly and asked me some good prompting questions about my physical goals and even gave me some good tips for what I should do for the workout that day. I wish every gym I went to had employees as thoughtful and helpful as this EOS. Definitely will be coming back. read more

My friend got hurt on this machine. Their sign on the machine "that a bolt was missing "was on a small sticky note on the floor where no one could see it. A worker even walked by seeing us using the machine and didn't say anything. When we reported the machine was broken and his reply was "I know the bolt is missing". While using the machine, my friend tried to lock it into place and then the machine dropped rapidly and fell on my friend's arm then she fell on to the ground. My favorite EOS. Recently opened. I've experienced terrible customer service at other locations. Meredith at this location is terrific and goes above and beyond. This location is noticeably less busy than other locations. Equipment is brand new and state of the art. read more

I love EOS but this one must be managed by some other owner. Bathrooms are always nasty and far left men's toilet is always clogged. Today it was clogged again and no toilet paper seems more common than not. Also, months and months later I can tell you the sauna is not hot compared to any of the other EOS. Often I drive to 59th/Tbird to get a cleaner place with a nice sauna. The two stars instead of one star is because the workers here are so kind and pleasurable to work with. Just maintenance issues mostly. Happy to adjust my rating when these things are cared about better. read more

So first, the equipment is great.. lots to choose from. But the men's locker room is terrible.. the showers have never drained right and are now completely shut down.. the 2/3 toilet stalls are covered in feces at the moment so good luck using restrooms.. come on EOS get it together! read more
