Well I've been coming here for about 6 months, I'm disabled and use a power chair, one thing I've notice is when I arrive, almost always there are these big lifted 4x4 pickups parked in the handicapped parking spots, I'm drive a big Van and I need that extra room to load/unload my chair. One day I came out and found someone parked their motorcycle on the striped lanes between a car and my van, I had to ask a stranger to back my van out so I could get in. Also you do not have push button door openers, most of the time I'm lucky and either staff or a stranger would open the doors for me but there have been times when I was ignored by staff and patrons. Also I would like to see wheelchair height accessible work out tables so us wheelchair users can transfer to the table and do our exercise that we might normally do on the floor but are not able to transfer to the floor and get back into their chairs. Also, this is a bit personal but yall need private areas with a shower and changing table etc. some of us have personal issues such as not wanting to be embarrassed because we have to wear certain types of protection IE: Diapers or colostomy bags, Foley catheters and leg bags, I'm sure you get the picture. I feel rather uncomfortable, intimidate etc when I have too lay out on a bench after showering just to put my diapers on in front of all these young and grown men and being watched and occasionally a child. I hear the chuckles and the snickers. My suggestion is if you can build a special shower room or perhaps install a height adjustable changing table with a privacy curtain in the regular locker room. I also take issue with the fact that the handicapped stall isn't wide enough to accommodate my chair and myself and 9 times out of 10. Someone who isn't handicapped has taken up residency in the handicapped stall and is just sitting there playing with their phone knowing fully well that I'm wanting to use that stall, I see this all the time, there will be two stalls open and the non handicap person will take the handicap stall. Now on to safety, I like to enjoy the steam room and sauna, but they are lacking safety rails inside them, these are slip hazards, they do make rubber floor mats for that as well. I like using the pool but must of the time the water is too cold for me and many of the older users, it causes our muscles to spasm and can be quite painful. We like the hot tub, but what we don't like is the 10 min timer, we no more get back into the hot tub and we have to get out and start it again unless someone nice comes along and does it for us. Last but not least, I would like to see the Rosenberg location turned into a 24 hour location with a his and her Steam room and sauna. I understand that the Sugar Land location is 24/7 and has steam room/saunas in each locker room. I also wanted to add this, the cycling room needs a couple of recumbent bicycles so people like myself who are disabled can participate in group classes, I also noticed that in the other group exercise room, everyone is on the floor, I can't get down onto the floor, if a couple of padded benches were added, people such as myself would be able to benefit from the group exercise's. read more

First time at this location and whew! First 10 mins I was distraught at how poorly designed this place was.. overly congested with equipment placement + people.. Not enough open space-- people are seated/working out in the way of the weights-- inconvenient. Like literally no space in the common area, kinda looked like a safety hazard. Whoever designed this needs to never design again. I will say they had a good amount of free weights throughout, smith machines in their upper room, massage rollers & trx bands. Lovely lovely staff though, & they actually have a pool. read more

I will be keeping my age anonymous for security purposes On Sunday January 25 2026 I came to this gym with my father as we usually do together,but nobody has ever bothered us because of it before until today, me and my father walk in not thinking anything of it until they say I don't have a profile (we have been going to this gym for 4 years btw) knowing that we don't want trouble we peacefully walk to our locker and unpack our items on our way out a woman came out of nowhere and asked for my age (exercising my 5th amendment rights) I rightfully ignored her then she called it HER gym. After some quick research I found that the property managers were actually Kevin Sims, Shireen Owlia, and Bob Conwell. After going upstairs to start our workout she gets out the actual property manager after lying to us, then its the same shit again not telling us if we were trespassing or anything so she came back with 2 police officers because you know she has no authority over us(the officers were vary nice people) then we talked to the nice officers and left. The facility is very nice and spacious, the front desk is welcoming, BUT the pool water is very questionable and I hope it gets addressed. While all other parts of the gym looked clean and I can also see the cleaning ladies looking after the locker rooms, but the pool surroundings has dirty floor tiles, the pool water taste salty and the temperature of the pool is on the cold side. A pool, unlike an exercise equipment, cannot be sanitized before each individual use, so it's even more important to maintain the overall sanitation protocols to prevent spread of virus and diseases. read more

I enjoy this gym and the members are pretty good at wiping down the equipment. I'm usually able to get to the stations that I want to use as well. I do however wish that the lockers were cleared or cleaned at least twice a month. There has been the same trash and stuff left behind in certain lockers for a long time in the men's locker room. read more

Yes I am an instructor who also takes classes. I've taken classes from every instructor at the Rosenberg location. Every instructor is talented, motivating, and has something positive to offer for the GFit community. As a participant I stand behind the fact that we have great classes! As for the classes I teach, they are all Les Mills and pre-choreographed. Les Mills formats operate with safety at the forefront and LM instructors go through extensive training. LM focuses heavily on proper form and technique. If anyone feels pain in a Les Mills formatted class (vs discomfort) it is more than likely a pre-existing injury or a concern with proper form. All instructors are trained to cue proper form, look for form concerns and provide feedback. It's dirty and the equipment is super old. The new management is rude and I caught a rash from the gym mats. I've Only been there a couple of months and it's nothing like the other locations- there's one in Sugarland where I work that has some neat features and different classes like build the peach with a really nice instructor. There is a really nice operations guy names Brandon that is super friendly. I recommend other locations that actually maintain their facilities. More classes in Sugarland, and it has pool classes unlike Rosenberg. Rosenberg's pool made me itch and wasn't heated. Rosenberg packs the classes too full-where u can barely get by the door to go to the bathrooms. Wish there were people overlooking this facility better- Ive tried to reach out and they never call back. read more

It's the most overcrowded gym I've ever been. At all times, it crazy crowded. You will never have a peaceful workout. Their sauna is the nastiest. It's falling apart. Tiles from the floor are loose. The wooded panels that cover the charcoal fell off, so now it's just leaning. People are always messing with the settings. Gym over all feels dirty. 30 mins before closing the make the rudest and unprofessional announcements over the speakers. read more

BE WARNED the steam room is always broken for weeks, all the water fountains filtration it's always clogged up with slow warm water drip. The work out floor is always extremely busy not enough machines to use unless you only do squats. The worst 6 elliptical machines. Most equipment is old worned out and left over from the previous 2 gyms 24 Fitness and Texans in the building. The massage beds don't work properly. Towel service is good for the price. If you ever need help you may not get it cause only the manager can assist patrons. I definitely do not recommend this old location. read more

I don't feel safe at the Rosenberg location any longer after an incident happened. A lady that is always at the gym was getting ready to start class with the rest of us. An Arab man came out of nowhere and got in her face about private property? He was so close to her that he spit in her face she was talking back to him in a calm way and he kept screaming at her. I asked the lady what happened and she said that gym has done nothing and he's already back at the gym- Women need to beware of this Indian man with glasses-and stick together because the gym could care less about us being safe. I've been going to this gym since it was under Texans fit. It has only gone downhill since being renamed Eos. It's ridiculous how almost every other day machines are constantly broken and they take FOREVER to fix them. Oh and going at 5pm? Just go home, you're gonna be waiting 10-15 minutes for any machine practically. And they practically let anyone in the place. I saw a homeless man with his shopping cart not just downstairs but literally upstairs where all the weights are. This gym is a joke, run far away from this place. read more

Go to another location- this one was nice until they got a new operations manager- her name might be Brandy.. no one really knows- we loved all the old ones... especially McKenna. There was a pervert one named Caesar that was horrible about a year ago and I heard that they moved him to the Meyerland location. The Rosenberg one has overcrowded classes and a rude operations manager. I'm friends with the better instructors and they say she's rude to them as well- I have the texts! The recovery room equipment is old and breaking down. If something happens to u by another member they do nothing- even with a police report. They have cameras and I've been told that only corporate can view them. I never felt safe after the new operations manager came into the picture. The actual facility was better when it was Texans fit. The cycle room is is consistently broke and the sauna stays broken. The bathrooms stay dirty. Toilets are constantly overflowing- not a safe place or clean place to work out at...look elsewhere for a gym Ive found that other gyms are cleaner and maintain their equipment. They say there is not a phone number to corporate- only an address...so good luck with bringing a problem to them- I've been told by other locations that u can only deal with district managers and they change all the time. The corporate office is no longer in Arizona- Do your research and see that any good reviews have been with other management. You'll stay disappointed with this location AND.... On this day at the gym at all around 515 this morning Elizabeth, one of the managers and Nicole greeted me at the front Desks with an interrogation discussing details about towels. The discussion was about a five dollar charge for the used of old washed out white tiles that has never been presented as an issue with this gym. From Texas fit to EOS. We now know that everything is a charge. Therefore, the changes are tacky. When I received my new membership, it was explained to me that nothing changed except for the fact that we no longer have Texas fit. There are no differences in the memberships per the discussion with the sales desk. However, per the manager Elizabeth, there is a five dollar charge to use all towels read more

I am just not happy here. I feel they were not completely upfront and honest with the contract. I know it is my own fault but just want everyone else to beware before they sign. I signed up for personal trainer and can not get out of contract for gym until personal trainer sessions are complete. Review of gym itself is not much better. The pool is very cold and dirt along with the sauna. They allow the weightlifters to drop their heavy weights on the floor. I have PTSD and have issues with the loud noises. I understand this is my own issue. The gym is very over crowed at times. I am just waiting to get out of this contract. read more

Have been here over two years. It has recently changed from Texans fit to EŌS. Texan fit had employees cleaning at all times of the day, weights racked, floors vacuumed, bathrooms cleaned and stocked. Since the chamber to EŌS it is awful. Everything is dirty, no cleaning wipes stocked, bathrooms became disgusting as soon as it was rebranded, weight are never in proper place, and there is only 1 employee ever working vs 4-5 previously and machine are broken and not maintained. EōS main objective must be to run fitness facility into the ground. read more

We have been members at this location since it re-opened as TexansFit in 2021. When it was acquired by EOS, the transition was rough and we were among those looking to leave but once they got their management team tuned in, its has been an exceptional gym. Brandon is a fantastic facility manager and it reflects in the staff. They are constantly improving the facility and equipment. We use their childcare facility 5 days a week and our daughters love being there. The gym is getting busier every week, which as a patron is a double-edge-sword; as much as a quiet gym is appreciated, we want the facility to succeed. Our family recently had to cancel our membership as we are moving and this was done grudgingly. The regular team members and patrons have truly become a community we appreciate and will greatly miss. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but holy sh*t. If you can go to any other gym, DO NOT go to this one.. First off, usually the staff is sometimes rude or seem annoyed to have to help you. The gym is always crowded at all times of the day and the equipment is old and dosent have any instructions on how to use it. It also always smells very strongly to chemicals. However, my biggest problem everytime was costumer service. Anytime I had a question about my membership everyone always seemed hesitant to help, and I always got paired with this one old dude that looked like he didn't want to be there. And when it came to canceling my membership, they switched to online cancelations only. They give you a QR code that takes you to a shitty website where you have to make an account and "request" to cancel your membership, or you call a number that's only available 9-5 where they don't even give you an option to cancel your membership at all. I had to call the gym and go through the same process twice with two workers before I even got recommended a solution. Not worth the money or your time at all tbh. read more

Brandon Osborn the operational manager is part of the EOS scam. We were being charged $80 per membership, while people usually pay $20. My husband went and talked to him back in April to cancel out the membership. He was no help! Ended up requiring my husband to never go back to the gym. However, we still get charge as of today July. I went today to talk to him regarding this issue, he refused to assist and told me we weren't allowed in the gym. Gave me a phone number and hide in his office. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DISRESPECTFUL!!! Today I had the WORST experience I've ever had at a gym. I've been coming to this establishment since it was built, back when it was 24hour fitness. Stayed loyal across the change in ownership to Texans fit and now that it's EoS, even though the climate is very reminiscent of a low cost overly populated gym. Today, I was greeted by the operations manager, Elizabeth, who interrogated my access and towel benefits in front of other customers. She extended the same interrogation of my church member who entered at the same time. Embarrassed, I walked upstairs to learn she'd challenged my other Four friends in similar fashion. After revisiting to explain the subpar experience, she defended herself and the plan she could only articulate in mind, regardless of the email confirmation confirming my service package I presented to her. In all my years, ownership changes, price increase, etc. this one experience will definitely incite me to explore my other options this week for a change in gym. read more

It's been a horrible experience since EōS took over Texans Fit! It's filthy, hot, and is is getting worse by the day. To add insult to injury when I arrived today I was 1st. Told that I was not a member because my card that they scanned was denied. Elizabeth the operations manager was the lady that I dealt with and she was very rude and tell him that I had no access, I've been explained. To her that I was well aware that I was still be able to use that access card instead of using the app as that is what we were told. When we switched our membership over from a couples membership to a black plus towel service membership. Elizabeth said that the black membership was the basic membership and that I had to pay an additional $5 for towel service. I explained to her that that is not what was corresponded in the email sent from corporate, nor was that what we were told we were getting when we. Switched our service over through an employee of the establishment. She went on to tell me that regardless of the correspondence from corporate and the employee who transferred our membership, I had what I had and that employees needed to get on the same page within your company. She went onto say that my service was basic and it didn't matter what I had been told, but thanked me for my feedback (she was totally rude). what that says to me was that I was that I was the one being made to suffer for the unprofessionalism of EōS. When I asked her for the number to corporate she told me that I basically had to go on the website and find it myself, and that she had been directed not to give it out. This use to be a great gym to go to before EōS took it over. They took ownership and lowered the membership price to $9.99 a month and it basically became an upgraded, overcrowded version of Planet Fitness. You've seen the Reels and Tik Toks about Planet Fitness, so IYKYK. Business hours say they open at 7am on Saturdays and today an off duty employee that a customer personally knew came to open the front door at 7:30. Apparently from the other customers that were waiting outside with me, this happens frequently. read more

For me It started with an up-sale to sucker my girlfriend and I into getting a membership for 1 cent, but you actually pay a 28 dollar "dues" charge which essentially got us to pay a monthly fee. Mind you this was sold as a promotion, a "deal" if you will. 1 month later I get charged a monthly fee, and yearly dues charge of 50 plus dollars totaling 85 bucks. Never in any email did it mention said "dues" charge, but the shiester who sold us the package assured me he did. BS! No paperwork to back it up, he said she said me. When I came to them for answers no one could articulate any type of response just the same dummy shit from every airhead employee that works there. Money grubbing gym forsure. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. I came in to talk about getting a membership, and the staff acted as if I was a bother or something. I don't even know where to start. I had to wait over an hour to talk to someone when one of the Navarre finally became available because they had four desks but two people working. He had a horrible attitude and was dismissive, which I found rude, as it was my first time at the gym. Then don't even get me started on the dirty restrooms.
