    I went to this US Bank with my parents and the teller who was working there was not only super…read moreDISRESPECTFUL and RUDE to my Parents. She is very RACIST and has a disgusting personality. My parents asked to open a business check book and she was not only looking down on my parents stating- "you don't even know how to use your mobile phone, order it yourself." She said you want an ebook? Even though we stated we wanted a check book. She was so rude and was saying oh you don't even know how to order it yourself? When, my parents called and they were told to come to the bank and get the first one approved by them. She then proceeded to say you want an ebook? That's all I can do for you, I can't do this for you. You should be the one to do it yourself. My parents asked, can we see your screen cause she kept saying this or that but she was rude and disrespectful and stating no you're not allowed and that I am not authorized to show you my screen and was taunting my parents. Like, do you think it's our first rodeo going to the bank, we know you can show us too. Since the other US bank we went literally showed us the screen so why are you bs-ing us? The bank teller was rude from the start. She could've just asked her Manager to give her access or to tell my parents to go to the other bank staff members who are in charge of opening checkbook, but she decided that she's gonna hassle my parents be rude and be disrespectful yelling being so mad For no reason why because you don't wanna work there why because you don't want to talk to the manager that's not our fault. This is absolutely unacceptable and very racist. I do not approve of this bank. Do not go because you will be ridiculous and be disrespected. If you can't speak English, and you're a foreigner, do not go here.

    Always have a positive experience with Bank of Whittier (was just speaking with Priscilla from Bank…read moreof Whittier) and am reminded that they are always professional, solution oriented and patient. I had multiple questions (and am currently a customer) and she answered everyone. The Bank provides very competitive rates and I even recall the CEO Dr. Yahia Abdul-Rahman taking time out to correspond with me. How can you lose when an institution has a good heart, serves the community, and is competitive. I've been with multiple other financial institutions with significantly more funding, and yet worse rates, service, and outcomes. Keep doing what you're doing Bank of Whittier!
