Seemed like people in line had already been waiting for a while and no help was sent to relieve the line on the contrary they were sending people on breaks. Wait was long to be helped. My husband - Jeffrey P. and I visited this Chase Bank location today. The instant we walked in, I sensed that customer service was one of their priorities. Mind you, I have an account with WF Bank so I was pleased with the response we received at another financial institution. S. Isaac P. and Karsyn S. were professional, knowledgeable and detailed orientated in regards to our requests. Isaac went the extra step to try and problem solve a difficult task that was required for the documents at hand. Also, they both gave us the opportunity to voice our concerns rather than being another Chase account holder(s). Overall, the banking experience was pleasant and productive. This branch stole $5,000 from my account. I went to withdraw $5,000 and they "accidentally" withdrew $10,000 and said that their system crashed and that the extra $5,000 will be credited back into my account. Almost 2 weeks later and I still don't have the money in my account. I can't get a hold of anyone that can help me. read more

I wish that I was writing this review under better circumstance, but unfortunately, chase has once again, shown how their dismal customer service is their best asset. We have been dealing with a horrendous fraud case, and my poor wife has been in the bank every day for ONE week!!! We have dealt with the fraud department, claims department and the local bank, and if I am completely honest, my toddlers can do a better job of coordinating this company. Chase bank is in DIRECT violation of NACHA Rule R10, and REFUSES to give consumers their due rights. The bank manager at this particular branch is particularly helpless!! read more

The worst customer service from a bank. I have accounts with shorter life spans at other establishments and they have not denied me access to my own money. I made a deposit, waited for the funds to become available and Chase denied my transaction due to limits on purchases. I called Chase to request access to my own money and was denied. I was than transferred to Fraud taking to a Bill in the Philippines and he told me that I did not have the money in my account. Than refused to tell me when I would since the website, app and customer service representative told me it was available. Funds in the account were all of a sudden not his department. My money will no longer be Chase's department. While I know my accounts and funds will not make any difference to Chase and this message will probably also end in some automated answer, I will be closing my accounts by the end of week. It is disgusting that such a large bank will deny their customers access to what is theirs. read more

I join this bank because of the reputation CHASE BANK has, but I guess the rep is gone. They lost my deposit and they said that I never made a deposit. I ask to show the video the refuse to show it. My account went negative and all fees got a big bill from my creditors. Month later they sent a letter apologizing and crediting my account. But I close that account. read more

This is my favorite Chase branch. I go here for work a lot and I always regret using other branches -like the ones by my house :( Always greeted upon entry, everyone is helpful even if what you need isn't their job. I've switched my brother, my dad and our family business to Chase, and while I can't say we have never had issues, discrepancies with deposits or other transactions, etc....I can say that they did a great job at rectifying any problems that arose. I've even switched our business' merchant service to Chase Paymentech and it is better than the 3 I've tried previously (Bank of America, First Data, and Sam's Club which is also processed by First Data) Their lines can get long, but when they are, they usually have at least 3 or 4 tellers. I do get annoyed when I'm filling out my deposit or withdrawal slip and five people run in line, with no deposit or withdrawal slips, then make the line take longer because the teller has to fill it out for them. I've been to other chase banks and to me the are 4 stars and 5 stars. But this one on telegraph I give it a 1 star the reason, the tellers are not customer friendly. Apparently tellers are having personal conversation among each other, I guess their conversations are more important than helping the customers. So if anyone banks with Chase don't go to the one on telegraph rd, unless you like hearing the drama of all the teller. read more

I went into this branch to open a joint account. We arrived at 1310. The host told us it would be about 20-30 minutes to open an account. There were no open seats in the lobby so we had to sit in a cubicle to wait. After about 30 minutes of waiting we went to check the sign in sheet and saw that our names had been crossed off even though they never approached us or said the name aloud. Spoke to a different host with a combover hair style with a beard and dark hair who told us we would be the next people called on the list. Yet people kept getting called and were assisted before us. As a new customer I'd expect that the service would be more accommodating and welcome, because it of all the banks I could have opened my account with, I chose chase. I'll be visiting a different branch and hope the customer service is much more appeasing. read more

I overall dislike chase banking , I was with them for years (since they took over Washington mutual ) they have weird policies and they trick you every chance they can! I closed my checking account because of that (I am left with a credit account unfortunately) GOT THE MOST ANNOYING SERVICE TODAY I go to make my payment and the tellers go out and in, out and in making the line super long and it seams as if they were just playing around. Then once I finally get to the teller she is so damn rude saying "oh what did you say?" Mind you my throat is sore from a small cold I have , then once she finally says "oh a payment?!" she says "well next time u need to make a paper for payment because we can't be doing that , takes up time " I WAS ABOUT TO EXPLODE IF MY VOICE WASN'T LOW! Then she says and I need to see ur ID , and I go to turn to get my ID she says "because if u don't have it I can't do it its policies you know" (YES I KNOW U GUYS AND UR DUMB POLICIES!) .... anyways I finally get my payment done and she turns and says "ok here you go !
