This store had everything from mixing bowls of all sizes to ramekins to baskets to crocks for french onion soup. Pretty much anything you'd need to operate a restaurant (or a really active home kitchen!). The place is pretty big and I wish I'd had more time to wander the aisles. I could seriously do some damage in this place! The staff was friendly but not overbearing. All told really excellent and probably my new go-to when I need something like this.

I had a specific pan style in mind that I was not able to find online from Nordic Ware at the time of shopping and was actually able to purchase it at the outlet! If you don't mind looking through inventory while shopping there is a fair amount that are a good price. Even the pans that had deformities were in pretty solid condition. The staff was helpful and provided information regarding best type of care of the pans and how to cook with their cookware. I love that Nordic Ware is an American made brand that makes high quality bakeware. If I am in the area and in need of cook ware I would definitely come again.

I'd found a few pieces I wanted, and one of the ladies who worked there said, "I think we have those in the back," and took me to where they have the yellow tag seconds and clearance items. Here's a helpful hint for if you shop in this area: the uglier pans are apparently the ones for industrial use, meaning they are not pretty on the outside but the interior is triple-coated and will last a lot longer because they are designed for heavy use. Now, with all the goods in this section, you have to look carefully for scratches and dings, but I found things in good condition that were about $20 less than their 'pretty' counterparts across the room. The factory store doesn't sell goods online. They are all about the treasure hunt mentality. I certainly found some treasures!

So, I Then called the store and spoke with the DM who insisted the company made no such gas only product and that if I was not happy to bring it back for a refund. If you want a good value, I have been able to find seconds (discounted, slightly flawed pieces) of their cookware here in the past, but access is not consistent, and they told me they are a location for their popups, where you pay a set amount for a set of pieces. If you want to find discounts for a high quality product, this is the place to look. The staff have always been knowledgeable and helpful, the reviews here are not consistent and I would put that to the quality of reviewer, not the product or service. Le Creuset is the best cookware available and we are lucky to have an outlet. In the absence of it I would go to Cooks in St. Paul.
