They left the yard a COMPLETE mess for two months, untouched. Then leveled it and seeded in November in freezing temperatures. When I told the owner that I don't feel comfortable paying the whole amount till we actually see grass since they seeded when it's 30 degrees at night he called me and started cursing me out that he wants all his money. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and needles to say will never use them again. So avoid this guy.

Another company with poor follow up and customer service. I called them to get an estimate ok 15k…read moreof excavating and grading. I spoke with owner and was told estimator would call me to make appointment. He never followed up, after two weeks I never heard a word and texted the owner. I asked him what happened, he apologized and said he would get back to me. The next day a man was roaming outside my house. I was about to call the police but approached the person who identified himself as the owner. He said it was easier to just come by, at this point he made the effort to come out so what the heck. He stated he would get me estimate within few days. 3 weeks later no response I even texted twice. I am sorry there is just no excuse for this. These are huge red flags anytime you use a contractor and it takes a month with no response. I am making it a point going forward to share all my experiences with companies that do not follow up. I am also going to screen shot message showing this. I cannot comment on work because it did not get to that point but do yourself a favor and stay away.

Most importantly, the slopes on the driveway angle away from the house so we don't get ice build up in dangerous places. And he was true to his word when there was some question about the blocks and exact size of the addition, i.e. there were no unexpected surprised in the final invoice. The owner was great! Brandon paid us a visit, listened to our concerns and within 6 hours had a plan extensively focused on mitigating the spread of dust and timeline for the project. His estimate included a 20% veterans discount which was a surprise and absolutely respected. He remembered my military service from our initial meeting when he complemented the Naval Aviation t-shirt I had on...a 10 second conversation. You don't see that level of respect and attention to detail from younger individuals. Needless to say we went with him for the demo and couldn't have been more satisfied.
