Adam showed up on time, was very professional, knowledgeable and was very meticulous. He tested the log and gas supply several times, answered our questions, cleaned up and left. I can confirm that even though I've been paying for a service contract for 3 years (and been a member since Kasden Fuels in 2017), I can't get oil either. This is on top of an email confirming I'd get oil yesterday. The only response I got from the customer service rep was "I'll get oil when they're in the area". Uhh...we're not talking about stopping by for a coffee, we're talking about heating oil to keep my pipes from freezing over. My guess is either the company is on the verge of bankruptcy and can't afford to get heating oil to deliver, or is such a bad company to work for they don't have any remaining drivers. If you're somehow reading this review in the future and debating if Petro is worth using for services or oil...don't. Whatever is going on, this is clearly a company in deep financial or management issues that I don't see them ever coming back from. My heart goes out to the employees that have to suffer from whatever the hell is going on over there. Look up the CT Oil Co-Op and have them redirect you to a company that is worth using.

The excuse was that it was a cold and snowy winter which disrupted their schedules. The Mitchell website is basically useless. Their is very little detail and visibility into your account. Also other companies offer remote monitoring devices that they can monitor as well as an app you can follow as well. Mitchell pricing is not the best as well. Look elsewhere for service.
