These people actually care about every single customer, but are told every time and single day to encourage mobile banking, online banking, and atm usage. Lets do the math, only 20% of bofa clients come to bank. You think I'm kidding? Check the stats! Bofa is a large corporation bank, so big that half of the federal reserve focuses on only auditing bofa. Majority of people waiting in line are none customers (check cashers who bank with other financial institutions and have been refused by their bank to make their funds available). Is that a fair treatment though? No! You think one teller doing six other peoples job with a low pay is happy to be overworked? Lol The bank overstaffs sales representatives not the teller line. Their goal is to get rid of tellers completely and have ATA machines. Overall, if you are the type of person who will depends on paycheck to paycheck, cash check only, and like the face to face interaction then this is not the bank for you. I promise many other banks would love to have your business (bofa has millions of clients, they don't care). If you are like me, do mobile check deposits, direct deposit, automatic payments, and love technology then you will love this bank. Their products might be the best but the service is horrendous! In fact, his answer to my question was something similar to "well, the answer is going to be no regardless" when asked about auto loans and refinancing. Your employee never once attempted to offer help or assistance, just a simple NO. This is ridiculous. Even if there was no way to help with our situation, why could he not provide further insight or even a direction of what we could try next? At one point during our conversation, your employee looked back at his manager who shouted from her desk "we don't do that anymore". Awesome... In the near future, I will be closing my account and relocating my finances elsewhere. The poor customer service provided by this branch was a clear reminder that I do not matter. Thank you.
